Questa nuovissima casa ultramoderna e di lusso può essere descritta solo in 2 parole: "brutto culo!" Meno di 10 minuti da The Strip. 3000 piedi quadrati, soffitti alti da 10 "a 14", un'enorme cucina gourmet, una grande sala spaziosa, una porta finestra che si apre di 8 'per rivelare i grandi spazi aperti, un garage per 3 auto - il tutto incastonato in un mezzo privato acro. Inoltre, è disponibile separatamente un quartiero dei suoceri con ingresso privato. I tuoi vicini non ti daranno fastidio mentre esci o ti rilassi con stile! We loved the lights inside and out, cool pictures, and very cool environment! We felt like we were living the VIP lifestyle! Highly recommend!

Great location (15 min south of the strip) and plenty of beds (14 total - 11 beds + 3 amazing air mattresses). There is a small inflatable soaking pool (hot tub sized) in the back that is not mentioned in the listing. The garage space was not usable during our stay so if that is a requirement reach out to the host. Host was very accommodating. I would rent this property again. Gave 4 starts for listing accuracy because the listing is for the main house plus the Casita (which is an add on price).

Unfortunately my first VRBO experience was unpleasant. First off there a side room connected to the home (had a locked door that had access to the main home located by the front door), which had someone staying in there. There would be a random car parked on the side of the driveway at times that would come and go. You could smell smoke at times, which I believed to have come from the side room. The nest thermostats would often be changed, although we wanted the home cooler. Someone kept changing the temperature to warmer. Also, trying to get a hold of the host was very difficult with super slow response times.

I was super impressed with this property. It was lavish and eccentric. We were there for a wedding and the whole party stayed here. It was perfect for exactly what we needed. That couch though?! Wow, dangerous. You get sucked inside and get stuck there, so comfy. The kitchen was HUGE. Perfect for cooking large dinners. Master bedroom was beautiful with an epic shower. I think the only negative thing was some of the lower drawers in the kitchen were kinda janky and need some repairs. Honestly, it was a great house, I would definitely book it again. Highly reccomended

very unhappy stay . Advertised 4R4B only 3 doored room with 2 showers only . !!! Plus someone live in the side room . The other people driver a Nissan and don’t conversations with us . We don’t feel safe with live people belonging in the house . Very bad fault advertisement for real . We booked 4R4B !!! Ruined the whole holiday trip !

Watch out when renting this place. When we checked in, we found that the main TV remote was missing + the LEDs in the main picture around the furniture did not work. We didn’t mind because we could still Chromecast to the TV from our phones and the LEDs were just a gimmick anyways… however, upon checkout the property manager blamed us for stealing the remote and breaking the furniture LEDs. He used this to refuse our damage deposit refund. Why would we take a TV remote?? Property Manager also wouldn’t communicate after this at all and had no response on how the LEDs were our fault or were even broken… additionally, the train tracks are literally right outside the backyard of this property and the garage is 100% unusable and full of sheets. Neither were mentioned or conveyed in the listing. I definitely would not rent again.

Working from home with friends post pandemic
We weren’t using this as a launch pad for partying, so it worked perfectly. Great wi-fi, comfortable couch, big kitchen. The only downside was that we didn’t rent a car and Ubers are not easy to come by, so we were a bit isolated. It worked out perfectly for us, but a rental car would be a must for me if I were to rent again.
Highly recommend renting. The owner is quite responsive.

My experience with renting the property was excellent. The communication between me and the property owner was more than expected, and he was more than happy to answer any of the questions that I had. For me communication is key when ever I’m traveling and staying in someone else’s house. The house was beautiful, it had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Best stay ever in LV
If you are looking for alternative to casino or hotel stay, but convenient to everything...this is it. Wonderful home, very tastefully decorated in LV style. Been to LV over 25 times to tradeshow, and this is the best 'home away from home' I've experienced. AJ is great guy, attentive to all needs. Kitchen, bathrooms, beds, great room…all A+. Close to strip, close to airport, close to any shopping needs...but neatly tucked away in quiet neighborhood. Hope to use again...thanks AJ. I'm even going to copy the floorplan for my personal getaway in Jasper Highlands TN. It just works great for a group retreat.

Excellent First Time in Vegas
House was awesome, had nearly everything we needed. Very convenient location close to the airport, and a short drive to the Strip. Corner plot was very private and comfortable. AJ made the check-in and check-out process very easy. He was communicative and accommodating. Thank you!
