Brookland è un delizioso cottage in una posizione straordinaria con vista sul bellissimo Stretto di Menai e con vista sullo storico Ponte sospeso di Menai. Il casolare si trova in una zona tranquilla, ma è anche vicino a attraenti ristoranti, pub, il sentiero costiero Anglesey e servizi e negozi della città.
Brookland è un cottage confortevole. Dispone di due camere matrimoniali e una camera più piccola arredata con letti a castello che è l'ideale per i bambini. Ha un bagno di famiglia recentemente rinnovato. Al piano inferiore c'è una cucina / sala da pranzo, soggiorno, ripostiglio e servizi igienici al piano di sotto.
La cucina / sala da pranzo ha una porta-finestra che dà su un patio con una vista spettacolare e unica sul bellissimo Stretto di Menai e tutti i suoi uccelli e animali selvatici associati. Il patio esposto a sud è attrezzato con tavolo e sedie e può essere utilizzato come zona pranzo per tutto il giorno. Sul retro della proprietà c'è un cortile lastricato. La proprietà dispone di riscaldamento centralizzato ed è ampiamente doppi vetri.

Very enjoyable stay . Views over the water are fascinating . Very clean . Maybe a more comfortable sofa in dining area would complete the experience?

We returned yesterday from a lovely 3 night stay at Brooklands - the only downside was the fact we were there for only the three nights.Check-in process was clear - and then you get a first glimpse of that stunning view as you walk into the propertyGood sized and comfortable bedrooms, and nice bathroom with a very good shower. Plenty of towels available, and toilet paper etc providedThe kitchen is very well stocked in terms of crockery & pans etc, with a nice space and a secondary space in the utility which has a 2nd fridge and a freezer and washing machine. Nice small lounge area with good TV channelsAnd then you have the terrace - what a view! We were lucky to have stunning weather and were able to eat outside most of the time. Parking was easy - we just unloaded everything from the car and then parked in the designated space which is a a 2 minute walk.Lovely places to eat and drink in the town - take your pick! We had a Chinese takeaway which was lovely, and the ice cream in the gelateria on the square is a must visit. Great location to have a base and visit the island or nearby mainland locations. We'll certainly be back

We really did enjoy our stay, the location was perfect, we couldn't have asked for a better view! The house was very clean & was equipped with everything you would need for a few days away. Just a couple of things to note. The lane is extremely narrow, we were in a mini & only just squeezed past the cars. You can only pull up outside to drop your bags off, then the parking spot is up a hill & to the right & on the left side near some garages. Not a long way, but seems it when its windy & raining! Unfortunately, I have limited mobility, although I did manage it. Steep steps down to the property & fairly steep stairs to the bedrooms. However, as I've said, I struggle a bit anyway, so for the young & sprightly this would not be an issue at all. We did enjoy our stay, very much & would recommend. Thank you!

Another lovely stay in Brooklands. The property and location are second to none. Already booked our next trip. Robin is an excellent host. The views are amazing, a real little gem
