Wonderful private home. Very quiet neighborhood. Pool temp was amazing, 13ft deep, not covered so some debris in pool. Love the waterfall! Bugs were not bad at all. Boat lift worked without any problems, but is not covered. Clean kitchen and rooms. Comfortable master mattress. Plethora of kitchen utensils/pots/pans. Bring shampoo/conditioner. Plenty of towels. Lots of sitting areas. Lots of wildlife to see: ducks/fish/birds/manatees/iguanas. Loved sitting out by the dock in the mornings. We rented golf cart from bait shop down the road. Fun for driving around and exploring. Nature walks/trails not too far. Grocery store also not too far. Two restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay again!!!

This is a nice house on a quiet street. It is very clean and modern. There is plenty of hot water with good pressure. The boat dock is sturdy and the boat lift works. The pool is outstanding with a shallow wading part surrounded by privacy landscaping. The washer / dryer appear to be new and keep noise down because they are in the garage. There are fans in every room and the AC works great. A few restaurants are close and it’s less than 20 minutes to the nearest grocery store.

Very private home in the perfect area. The home is more than accommodating and the pool was fantastic. Wouldlove to stay again. Any issues we had were addressed asap. Super family and great owners.

Nice private location in a nice neighborhood.The house is older and could use some maintenance (windows and window sills could be cleaned, entryway doesn't have any screens).Newer appliances, TV room only has a sofa and a side chair, which makes this room comfortable for two people to watch TV. The house doesn't have the best lighting and does have some plumbing issues.
