Great stay - family of 6 in for DU graduation. Kitchen, dining and downstairs living room is spacious with good flow. Very well appointed. Top level is a tad warm. Convenient location

We have stayed at our fair share of VRBO places but this place was so perfect. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Clean, just as pictured, easy to arrive at..more than exceeded our expectations. The location cant be beat as it is convenient to just about everything. The kitchen is well equipped and the decor modern. Just the right amount of furnishings. The beds were very comfortable as was the couches on the 1st and 3rd floor. The small but very private backyard was more than adequate. We stayed there for our sons wedding but would book again if we visit. Do not miss the opprtunity to stay in such a great place.

What a great place! We were in Denver for my daughter's wedding and had 12 staying in the house. The house was spacious and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location was perfect with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. It was only 20-30 min away from sightseeing at Red Rocks and Golden. Would definitely stay here again!

Our group enjoyed the modern design and great layout of the property. We initially planned individual hotel rooms for the four of us on a business trip but decided to look on VRBO. What we found was a great place we could congregate but also have bedroom and bath privacy. The place was much more than we expected and centrally located in a great neighborhood. All four of us would strongly recommend the property.

This home worked out perfectly for our group of 10 adults. Nice townhome with ample room to spread out in the living room and kitchen along with 4 privately enclosed bedrooms and bathrooms on each level. Location is a short 15 minute drive to downtown, 20 minute drive to Red Rocks, and 5 minutes away there is a shopping center with a Costco and Target to stock up on groceries, etc. Home is just as pictured, yet there are curtains for privacy in the 1st floor bedroom off the kitchen. Would definitely stay there again if the need arises. One thing, not much hand soap is left out so you'll need to make a trip to stock up or pack some with!

We stayed in the home for a wedding weekend and had several family members stay with us. The house is very large with lots of bedrooms and nicely designed and outfitted. It was perfect for what we needed it for and it was a quick jump to several main roadways. I would say it shares walls with two other units and one unit is a family (they were very friendly). We never heard anything and we weren't a rowdy crew, but this house shouldn't be used for large gatherings or late night events.

Plenty of room for large groups however air conditioner and hot water heater just couldn’t keep up. There were 9 of us. 3rd floor is hot with limited air conditioner vents. Hot water heater worked for 1 shower, all other ones were warm for the first couple minutes and turned cold. There were also no extra rolls of TP left anywhere. Trash cans were not emptied from previous group. House is well decorated, nicely stocked kitchen, good furniture layout. Close proximity to highways for easy sight seeing.
