Really nice stay , most staff were very nice and helpful.
Good atmosphere for families and the children.
The lack of advice to find a health care centre that accepts the European health care card. For anyone staying in accommodations that are sick or children sick then you get a taxi to TIAs it's about ten mins drive and you go to the urgencias there they will cover your card , if you go to the one by the shopping centre they are appointment only and you could be waiting a couple of days to be seen so Urgencias In TIAs is the place to go.

Stayed here many times and love the complex. It is situated in a nice area close to all the bars and restaurants. The staff and facilities are fantastic. We had a two bedroomed apartment and it had a front and back patio area which was fantastic. The pools are spotless and the lifeguard was unbelievable at his job.

Pool facilities for children were excellent, the lifeguards were brilliant. We did not have small children.
Towels only changed twice per week which is a challenge when people possibly shower twice per day.
Some of the rooms need updating, bed’s uncomfortable with springs protruding, completely not acceptable. Our stay was not cheap, this was disappointing.
We were advised they other rooms were better.

"La struttura è ben collocata, a pochi passi dal mare e dai vari market. La pulizia delle camere, della piscina e dell' intera struttura è molto accurata e lo staff è gentile ed accogliente.
