We spent 3 nights at this condo for a ski trip. The condo was very clean and close to the bus stop. Check in and and out was easy and property manager was communicative and easy to reach. We spent 2 days in Vail and 1 day in Beaver Creek - both were easy to get to from the condo. Gondola Pizza nearby was some of the best pizza we've ever had!

This place was wonderful and easy to get to. The underground/heated parking garage was wonderful. Fully stocked with everything you need to cook and clean. Bed was very soft and comfortable. Pretty view. End corner unit. Easy process and property management was very accommodating and communicated promptly. We would stay here or with this property managers again. Cute shops below the condos and Beaver Creek Resort is a short drive up the mountain. Loved this place!

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend in January and had a wonderful experience. This condo is cozy, comfortable and well equipped with all the amenities that made us feel at home. Loved the fireplace and the spacious bathroom.

Gondola is also a 10-minute walk.

Convenient underground parking in front of the elevator.
Ski locker beside parking space.
It's comfortable and 5 minutes away from the most prestigious residential areas.
The kitchen is spacious, practical and with everything you need like in a big residential house.

Perfect place for a couple. Access to restaurants, grocery, ski rentals within walking distance. All the kitchen items needed to make anything you want including a few spices. Express ski bus right across parking lot. No need to drive/park to ski. Locker access in garage.
A little confusing at first how to get in/out of building (key not marked for external entry), but asked bldg mgmt and received immediate response. Agree with others on couch being awkward and uncomfortable but after skiing all day didn’t spend much time on it anyway. Instructions on kitchen counter indicated locker access next to elevator with combo, but tried and didn’t work. Used locker in front of parking space.
Garage parking is tight but we made it work with an SUV.
Would def stay here again!

This was a great condo, had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, it suited us well. The free shuttle stop was a short walk across the parking lot out front (walk straight out front doors, diagonally across lot). Very convenient to the slopes. I will agree with other reviewers that the couch is uncomfortable, cushions slouch Forward so always feel like you’re falling off. But since we are not there to spend time indoors that doesn’t affect our review, just worth a mention. We definitely would stay again. Oh, the parking garage and parking spot is definitely small, but nice to have underground parking and out of the snow. Just be careful when parking and you’ll be fine.

Property is exactly as advertised. Check-in process was very smooth. As other reviewers have noted, the bed is extremely comfortable. I also liked that the unit is on a corner. It was nice to cool off the bedroom as you get passive heat from the other condos. It is walking distance to good restaurants. A <10-minute drive to BC and 15-minute drive to Vail.l We skied both. I would happily stay here again.

What more could you want with the convenience of parking, proximity to the elevator to your room and your parking spot. Not to mention, you only have about a 100 foot walk to the bus stop for the Avon bus to pick you up and take you to the slopes. The condo had all of the amenities you could want for your ski trip in a nice convenient package.

This unit is located in Avon, in one of the shopping centers near the main road. At first, we were a bit confused how to enter the building, since the sign on the outside says it is a podhotel. The podhotel is to the left when you walk in and the condos are to the right. The shuttle to Beaver Creek picks up a couple blocks away, right outside of the urgent care (there's a little indent where the bus pulls in, but no sign or anything), and it's a 15-20 minute ride to the mountain. The unit itself was pretty simple. The bedroom was a nice size, and it was very convenient to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The kitchen and laundry room were well equipped, while a bit shabby. Pretty much anything on a track or hinge (dishwasher, closet drawers, some cabinet doors) was a little wobbly and tended to come off the tracks easily. We really appreciated how well-stocked the unit was - they had tons of different pots/pans, good knives, drying racks, irons, etc. The shower was quite nice with two different shower heads. The gas fireplace was easy to use and heated up the apartment quickly. We barely used the heat at all, even in the middle of January. The couch is the same one pictured, and we found it kind of lumpy and weirdly a bit itchy, but comfortable nonetheless after a day on the mountain. The indoor garage parking was super helpful, but using the equipment locker was a bit of a pain since it added another step on your way out in the morning. The Christy Sports location in the area is great, and we really loved Loaded Joe's for breakfast or lunch. The grocery store is right next door, which came in very handy multiple times throughout our stay. The Westin Riverfront and Avon Station (bus to Edwards or Vail) is about a 10-12 minute walk away. Highly recommend getting a pass to the Westin spa and using their sauna and hot tub for a day. All in all, we had a great time in Beaver Creek, and the Chapel Place condo was perfectly fine for our needs. Not the nicest place in the world, but it does the trick!

Loved the unit- clean, updated, very nice. would definitely stay there again. Just Realize if you have a bigger vehicle, it will not fit in the underground parking spot. I could barley fit a Toyota Rav-4 into the assigned spot.

PROBLEM: second/final payment due and could NOT reach owner with multiple tries on phone, text, email. Called VRBO neither could they.
My first call was answered & I was told owner had 2 small children & may be delayed in response. Never happened.
I finally got into the electronic payment & finalized it. Never di get a call or apology .
Made us quite anxious. Got check ins ok 72 hrs prior.

We were thankful for the included mist humidifier as we are midwest folks who like our humidity! The only thing I would recommend adding is a place to hang hand towels in the bathroom somewhere near the sink. Otherwise, perfect!

Condo was lovely. Great location for outing to Vail and Beaver Creek. Having the grocery store close by made it easy to utilize the kitchen. Having access to the garage for parking was incredibly helpful since there was quite a bit of snow. We would absolutely recommend this property.

Nice property and would properly stay here again. Rated only 4 stars due to very limited TV channels (i.e. only a few local channels) and the I really disliked the suede sofa. It was abnormally hot the week we visited, but we were able to manage due the two bedroom windows even with a lack of AC.

Clean and Very Relaxing trip
The room was very clean upon arriving and even though there was no A/C, the room cooled down very quickly once the windows were opened. Perfect spot as everything you could possibly need is within 5 minutes away
