La nostra casa è proprio sull'acqua con fantastiche vedute del tramonto!
Goditi le splendide viste sul lago dal soggiorno / sala da pranzo / cucina a concetto aperto o mentre ti rilassi nella spaziosa camera da letto / bagno principale.
La cucina è di dimensioni standard con 8 posti a sedere al tavolo da pranzo + 2 sull'isola.
Gioca nell'ampio cortile sul retro, guadagna qualcosa sulla buca del fuoco o semplicemente goditi l'alba e una tazza di caffè sul ponte coperto o sul portico chiuso.
Swing nel lago sull'altalena di corda o semplicemente godersi il panorama dal ponte della darsena con ascensore accessibile per barche.
Rilassati nelle 3 camere da letto e nella camera aggiuntiva con un divano-letto estraibile queen-size.
Divertiti in famiglia con una partita a cornhole, metti insieme un puzzle o trascorri una serata di gioco con uno dei tanti giochi da tavolo (senza lotte Monopoli!).

We have an excellent stay! It was great for our family of 5 and our kiddos friends. The bubble gum machine was a big hit along with the rope swing. If you bring your boat or jet skiis the boat launch is minutes away and you can park your trailer just up the street with no issues!

THE BEST VRBO WE HAVE EVER RENTED — Honestly!This rental experience was so uniquely superior to any other VRBO experience we have ever had that I almost don’t know where to start. The host, Stephen, is EXCEPTIONAL. Communication was fast, frequent, and full of relevant information. He sent a two-page document ahead of time that answered every question we could think of. Once we walked in the door, there wasn’t a single question we didn’t already have the answer to.The house was perfectly set up for the exact vacation we were looking for: a quiet place to be together as a family and have some FUN. The kids spent hours on the rope swings. We went on a kayak picnic. We played games in the garage every night — ping-pong, basketball, air hockey, pool, and even a retro arcade game machine that let us show the kids what video games were like back in the day. They played Donkey Kong and Frogger for hours.My husband and I used the racquets to play tennis in the mornings while the kids hung out in their spacious double bunk bed rooms and snuck gumballs out of the huge gumball machine when we weren’t looking.The house was stocked with everything, and the little touches made a huge difference: K-Cups, a welcome basket with s’mores, and condiments and spices already there.The Lake Livingston House is a new summer tradition for us. It is truly a place where memories are made!

Our group was an older girls group and we found the house to be a perfect place to visit and enjoy the scenery. The outdoor porch was a blessing on a beautiful day to snack and play games. We even acted like kids as we enjoyed the garage full of games with fierce competition. The house was clean, the beds comfortable and the directions for maintaining and using the house were excellent. Thanks Stephen for sharing your house.
