Lovely room, had towels, kettle, fridge everything you need. The owners were so nice and friendly. So close to shops and the airport.

Great location for my overnight outing in Solihull.
Easy to get to and from using local buses.
The room was more than adequate for a place just to rest your head overnight.
The hot water takes a long time to get through the hot water taps.

Close to the airport, and a supermarket around the corner
The kitchen was a dirty mess, I'm sorry, I have no other way to describe it. I appreciate being able to use the facilities but it was old caked filthy.
The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the lady and gentleman very kind and helpful
