Friendly staff, good location and comfortable stay
Our room smelled a little musty at first but aired out after a while. The bathroom was not as nice as the rest of the hotel.

The beds were comfortable, location at Mishima station is very convenient and the spa on 14th floor is a massive bonus. They allow tattoos to be covered. The view of Mt Fuji from our window would have been perfect if the weather had been better. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The room was nicely furnished.
The hot springs were not hot. Lukewarm and not real spa water. I could smell chlorine and the water made my skin dry and itchy.
