Clean, big comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. The receptionist was really helpful and organised a taxi to take us to Ala Atcha National Park

The staff was super friendly and helpful.
The bathroom wasn’t the best. The shower head had a weird stream and position and there was so bidet.

The hotel was near Osh Bazaar but was far away from old city. We had some problems with bathroom but they changed our room immediately. The big prom was they added 26$ as VAT without mentioning it on their booking page. VAT is used for products not for gusts and told it to the hotel manager. Breakfast was fine. The hotel didn’t have elevator so that it’s very hard to carry heavy baggage ups and downs.
VAT ( extra charge), lack of elevators.
