Location very central with a bus stop right out front. And walking distance to beach and cafes and super markets.
2 singles pushed together to make a double kept sinking in the middle. And a fridge would have been nice

We stayed in a double room - 0003
There was very limited room to move around the room/bed and no where to open our cases apart from on the bed
No access to the courtyard/outside space which means you need to stand on the street to smoke. Not ideal for a lone woman

Good shower.
No lift. AC did not cool room. Room small, no room for cases

I was able to park on a side street nearby (lucky). The place was very clean and it was okay for one night
I did not receive any advance communication on how to get inside the place. Someone let me in the front door and I was able to get someone on the phone to help me get in.
I could not figure out some of the controls in the room. There is no king size bed. It is 2 beds pushed together. If you sleep in the middle, you'll be between mattresses. The place seemed one step above dorms

"Interessante il modello check in e out. Manager molto disponibile. Avevamo un piccolo problema nella stanza e subito si è adoperato per cambiare stanza proponendoci valide alternative. Molto apprezza..."
