Villa Sole è una casa indipendente di 160 mq, molto luminosa con due terrazzi vista mare e un giardino di circa 60 mq attrezzato con zona barbecue e posto auto scoperto.
La casa è disposta interamente su un unico piano con soggiorno vista mare e giardino, cucina, ingresso, 4 camere da letto (2 con vista mare), e 2 bagni. E' stata ristrutturata nel 2012, dispone di ogni elettrodomestico tra cui lavastoviglie, lavatrice, forno, frigo, macchina per il caffè, forno a micronde, etc
La casa, il giardino, i 2 posti auto e il patio sono esclusivamente per i nostri ospiti.
N.B: l'ultimo pezzo di strada per arrivare alla casa è in salita e con due curve tortuose, ma una volta arrivati vi godrete un panorama stupendo!
Se si ama camminare è possibile muoversi a piedi, altrimenti consiglio l'auto per piccoli spostamenti per la spesa o per girare le località marine dei paesi vicini.
La casa è un'ottimo punto di partenza per gite alla scoperta delle bellezze della Riviera. Tantissimi i borghi da scoprire: Dolceacqua, seborga, Triora, Riva Ligure, Sanremo, Cervo,Laigueglia, Alassio, etc etc
N.B: i gruppi di ragazzi sono accettati solamente se al check in versano una cauzione di € 500,00 in contanti .
La cauzione SARA' RIMBORSATA ( tramite bonifico bancario, paypal o contanti.) il giorno dopo il check out previo controllo della casa e NON AL CHECK OUT.
Nei mesi invernali il gas per il riscaldamento non è compreso. Al check in faremo una foto del contatore e chiederemo un deposito per i consumi del riscaldamento di € 200 che rimborseremo al check out previo controllo degli scatti. Ogni metro cubo di gas costa € 1,20.
La tassa di soggiorno è euro 2 a persona per i primi 10 giorni di pernottamento ed è da pagare in contanti al check-in. Gentilmente se avete qualsiasi dubbio o necessitate di informazioni scriveteci un messaggio prima di prenotare.

We enjoyed the time in the Villa Sole very much. It was clean and the appartment has everything you need.
The little garden was perfect for the toddlers we had with us.
Specially wonderful was the view from the balcony over the city.
The way down to the city or the beach is very steep but for healty persons easy to manage. Also possible for stroller.

Tolles Haus / Wohnung mit atemberaubender Aussicht.
Wir haben einen super schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumigen sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Lage oberhalb der Altstadt von Imperia ermöglicht einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Hafen und die Altstadt. Man kann diesen von der großzugigen Terrasse jederzeit genießen. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Garten mit Liegestühlen usw. Auch ein Grill ist vorhanden. Der Garten ist mit hohen Hecken versehen, so dass von aussen keinen Einsicht möglich ist. Zur Wohnung gehören 2 Parkplätze, was aufgrund der Enge auf der Zufahrtsstraße und rund um das Haus zwingend nötig ist. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 15 min zum Hafen und zu den Strandbädern gelaufen. Der Rückweg ist etwas anstrengend, da der Anstieg bis zum Haus schon recht steil ist. Aber für eine solch super Aussicht kann man das gut in Kauf nehmen. Die Vermieterin Susanna ist wirklich super nett und Hilfsbereit. Sie ist sofort da wenn man mal etwas braucht. Einfach ein perfekter Service. Wir können diese FeWo uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt nochmal
wieder.

Imperia is a lovely coastal town on the Ligurian coast not far from the French border. The regular sea breezes that Imperia enjoys, make for excellent sailing and natural cooling from the summer sun.
Susanna house is situated 60 meters above the sea which offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea, harbor and town. I sit in the evening on the terrace reading my book, I pause and look up to see the emerald rolling sea approaching the shore.
Susanna was a perfect hostess. She shared fresh delights from her vegetable garden, a bottle of local wine, and had many suggestions how to make the most out of our stay. We were a party of six, two adults and 4 teenagers. We enjoyed the stay immensely.
The incline to reach the house was perfect to provide equilibrium between the beltline and trattorie visits. Grocery stores, fish monger, bakery store, and the harbor are all reachable by foot. A car would give you more choices. Thank you Susanna.

Imperia is a lovely coastal town on the Ligurian coast not far from the French border. The regular sea breezes that Imperia enjoys, make for excellent sailing and natural cooling from the summer sun.

Großzügige Wohnung, im italienischen Stil eingerichtet, Vermieterin sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, Aussicht hervorragend, Lage gut, Stadt gut zu erreichen, Rückweg anstrengender, wegen Berglage, für uns aber kein Problem. Gute Atmosphäre

Beautiful flat, beautiful location
The flat has a marvelous view over Imperia and into the sea. With four bedrooms and two bathroms, plus kitchen, large front room and terrace is offer a lot of space. The host is very welcoming.

Schöne Stadtwohnung
Der Blick über Imperia und das Meer ist wunderschön. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und riesig. Am Hafen mit seinen Bars und Restaurants, ist man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten, aber zurück geht es dann schon sehr steil hoch. Nichts für Fußkranke. Die Umgebung bietet auch viel Sehenswertes.
Die Vermieterin Susanna, ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Alles in allen ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Schöne Aussichtslage oberhalb Porto Maurizio
Schönes großes Objekt. Ansichtskarten-Blick über Porto Maurizio. Susanna ist eine herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Einziges Manko sind die Stechmücken die uns abends von der sonst herrlichen Terasse vertrieben haben.

Geweldig verblijf op een mooie plek met fantastisch uitzicht op Imperia en de zee
We hebben een hele fijne week gehad in het huis van Susanna in Imperia. Goede ontvangst in een zeer ruim huis waarin alles aanwezig is. Heerlijke bedden en een fijn terras waar je ‘s ochtends heerlijk kunt ontbijten. De eigengemaakte olijolie was heerlijk. Vanuit het huis loop je zo naar het fijne zandstrand. Prachtige omgeving met een mooi fietspad over de oude spoorlijn naar San Remo. En voor de liefhebbers de finale van Milaan-San Remo met de Cipressa en de Poggio.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit genug Platz für 8 Personen. Die Bilder in der Anzeige entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Très grande maison avec jardin et très belle vue
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Susanna dans cette grande maison fonctionnelle et très propre. La terrasse avec la très belle vue sur Porto Maurizio est très agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt in diesem sehr schönem Haus mit einem herrlichen Blick auf Porto Maurizio.
Das Haus war sehr sauber und großzügig. Es war alles vorhanden. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Porto Maurizio ist sehr interessant und hat uns sehr gefallen.
Wenn wir nochmal irgendwann nach Porto Maurizio kommen, dann würden wir auf jeden Fall nochmal dieses Haus buchen.

Wunderbar
Tolles Haus, alles auf einer Ebene. Wir waren mit Kleinkind und Hund dort. Es ist alles eingezäunt, das Kind konnte sich frei bewegen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross und es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit riesen Kühl- Gefrierschrank. Top!!! Ausblick einfach gigantisch. Ein Traumobjekt! Preis Leistung ist perfekt und alles sehr sauber. Vielen Dank susanna

Sensationell traumhafter Blick von der Villa über die Altstadt und den Hafen, liebevoll bepflanzter Garten, topausgestattete Villa mit sämtlichen Zubehör und sogar richtig scharfen Messern!!! Tolle Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick auf Imperia
Die Wohnung ist klasse und sehr groß. Vier große Schlafzimmer, ein großer Wohnraum und eine geräumige Küche stehen auch für mehrere Gäste zur Verfügung. Dazu gibt es noch zwei Badezimmer. Die Räume sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es fehlt an nichts. Und bei Problemen ist Suzanne sofort da. Die Sprache war etwas unser Problem, da wir kein italienisch sprechen und Suzanne kein englisch. Einzig und allein die Anfahrt zum Haus und der Parkplatz zum Haus sind nicht für große Autos geeignet. Der Weg zum Haus ist sehr steil und sehr eng. Dafür ist der Blick dann von Oben umso schöner. Also, nur empfehlenswert!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

We stayed in this beautiful villa with a fantastic view of the sea and the Cathedral of Porto Maurizio. The villa was clean and well equipped, in a quiet location and close to all amenities. The proprietor Susanna, was very welcoming and available at all times for information. We would definitely return for another holiday and have already recommended it to our friends.
