Great property with beautiful views! Love our time there.

Fabulous property, great location, and lots of fun!!

We absolutely LOVED this amazing property!!! It is in a beautiful yet convenient location on the water. The house is spacious and well stocked with everything you need. The kids loved playing indoors and outdoors! It had great boat parking and close ramp access. The entire stay was delightful and we cannot wait to come back!!

This home was perfect for our family and the views of the May River was stunning! We will be back!

The place and location are excellent. Increible views and environment. The house however smelled as if there was urine. The cookware was dated and hard to cook with as anything would stick and was hard to clean. The electrical system is old and outdated with current standards. In fact lost the kitchen because of a breaker tripping which we found out the next day.

The property is quaint and comfortable with several amenities that the older children enjoyed. The view is incredible! We were in town for a wedding and wished to have more time to spend at the property.

Mid-century style sprawling Ranch style house with ample room, and good furnishings, plus plush towels and many conveniences. Great washer and dryer. Best of all, each bedroom has wonderful views, topped by the master bedroom, which has Florida ceiling views. There is a large expanse of front yard with a basketball court and backyard with palm trees, palmettos, and other wonderful rustling trees. Privacy is excellent. We enjoyed mini balmy breezes. Only downside was that all over. The doors and windows are painted shutter. Will not open. Except for the side entries. So the wind cannot blow through. But that’s fine. Because there is air-conditioning. Good tvs

This location is right on the May river and is a cozy home with all of the amenities. My kids loved playing basketball on the courts and playing with the neighbors friendly dogs. The downtown of Bluffton is quaint and walking distance away. The location is also close to Hilton Head Island for daily excursions. The owner of the property is super responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

We loved the location - close to town, but in a lovely wooded spot right on the river. We travel with 2 dogs and I enjoyed walking with them in the woods. The house was clean and comfortable. And private. A great getaway.

This is a quite location while still being near old town bulfton area. With great views and a wonderful host. We are looking forward to staying again. Thanks

This home was clean, but we were so disappointed with the quality of the furnishings and linens that we decided not to stay. The first red flag was the particularly distressed neighborhood. Then we pulled up to the house and were greeted by the sight of a completely dilapidated dock that was collapsed and unusable. The backyard was more dirt than grass. When we entered the house, we had to search for towels and soap. The towels that we finally located were well past their prime and unacceptable. The bedsheets were also old and of very poor quality. The entire interior of the home is not nearly as fresh as it appears in the pictures. The overall look was old and outdated. This was a very disappointing experience.

We enjoyed our 3rd annual trip to Bluffton and Hilton Head for golf. This property is. Wry secluded and relaxing but close to many restaurants and shops.

Wonderful and relaxing place to stay!!

Charming home on the May River. Perfect location to walk for coffee, restaurants and shopping. Afternoons can be spent relaxing over looking the beautiful view. Basketball court in front yard is perfect for extra fun!

We came together as an out of town delegation for an annual Diocesan Convention. Even though we encountered a rainy weekend, the coziness of the property coupled with the incredible view of the May River facilitated our ability to discuss and enjoy our time together. Size of our group, Proximity to restaurants and our convention location made this an ideal trip.

We had a wonderful stay at the house with the Yellow Door. Perfect size for our family with all of things you need. There was a bug problem at night in the back bedroom. Gnats and moths we’re getting in somehow, but the backyard overlooking the May River made up for it. A beautiful location!

This is a great house on a beautiful lot, walkable to Old Town Bluffton. We stayed here last year and had to come back! Great times watching the birds on the May River. So many restaurants in Bluffton to choose from. Close to Savannah and Beaufort as well as Hilton Head. We’ll be back next year!

I'd like to say something negative to keep others from coming, but that's not very nice! Lovely lovely lovely is all I have to say!!

Property was great. Master bedroom bed lumpy and very uncomfortable. TV reception was all streaming and not acceptable

It was a great view from the water outside to the art and vibe inside. We enjoyed our stay and plan to stay in the same house again soon!

We were in Bluffton for a family wedding. The location and the view were great.

This is the BEST place that we stay when visiting the low country of SC! The owners are fantastic and the property is fun and peaceful!

We were visiting the area for a wedding in PB. Having 4 children with us age 1-14, and lots of family staying in the area I was drawn to this rental because of the outdoor space/setup. My husband and I were blown away at the beauty of the views and the home overall. It was clean and comfortable, lots of space indoors and out. Instructions were clear and simple. Host was easy to reach and helpful. If ever back in Bluffton we would stay here again in a heartbeat. As a side note, we absolutely loved playing with the visiting dogs, mash and herschel. They were friendly and fun, one of them did try to steal a stuffed animal from my 3 year olds arms but was able to be corrected. I was thankful that I knew to expect them and appreciate it being in the home description. Thank you Anna for the lovely stay!

This is a wonderful vacation rental that forces you to relax! The setting is ideal for watching the sunrises and sunsets, and the low and high tides on the water. Highlights were we enjoyed an evening next to the fire pit, eating S’mores & riding bikes to town every day. The house is older, as mentioned in the listing, but super clean and well equipped. Anna was very responsive and helpful with my questions. Bluffton is adorable! We truly enjoyed our stay.

This was our second visit to the area, and we knew right where to stay. The river house is amazing! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Quiet and private… but minutes away from great shops and eateries. spacious and tidy property.

This house is exactly as described! Close to everything!

Property was nice and very comfortable. I wish I could have stayed for a longer period. The view from the property is beautiful. Because you are close to the water there were a few bugs but nothing that we did not expect. The dishwasher did not work but had no issues washing our dishes. Location was awesome and lots to do in the area and not far from Hilton Head. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you, Lucinda Duncan

Older property but was clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed sitting outside and watching the dolphins play. Would stay there again if I was in the area

The views were beautiful, you can see them as soon as you approach the home, and since I was unfamiliar with the May River I was surprised to actually smell an ocean breeze at high tide. The home is older, but still comfortable, and nicely decorated. Every room has great views of the river and marsh. Would recommend for anyone looking for a private, pet friendly get away.
