Tranquillo chalet, esposto a sud, con grande terrazza panoramica di 40 m2, soleggiato dalla mattina alla sera.
Situato a 350 m dal centro del villaggio di Montgenèvre e 480 m dalle piste. La fermata 'Janus' dello skibus gratuito Montgenèvre si trova accanto allo chalet.
Costruito nel 2013. Tutto è completamente nuovo, realizzato in stile chalet-legno e molto ben isolato.
Offerta unica a Montgenevre per le vacanze invernali (comprensorio sciistico della Via Lattea della Via Lattea che collega le stazioni Montgenèvre e Clavière-Sestrière in Italia, con 400 km di piste) ed estate (golf a 18 buche, mountain bike, bike park, laghi, la più grande pista per slittini estiva in Francia, tennis, piscina, parco avventura nella foresta di grimp'in, Via ferrata, ...).

Our family of 8 had a wonderful week in friendly Montgenevre! The chalet was perfect for us -plenty of space, warm, cosy and clean. The living room/kitchen area is very spacious with stunning views of the mountains and slopes and the kitchen is very well equipped. The sauna was an added bonus. Thank you Serge for your quick responses to our questions and recommendations for food. We can’t wait to return! Thanks Mark W.

We stayed here for February half term as a group of 14 (four families) and the house was genuinely perfect in every way. It’s one of those rare places that looks great in the listing but is even better in real life.The layout worked brilliantly for a large mixed group — plenty of space to spread out, comfortable communal areas for meals and evenings together, and everything felt well thought-out and well equipped. The property was spotless on arrival and clearly cared for, which made it feel immediately welcoming.Location-wise, it couldn’t have suited us better. Montgenèvre is a fantastic town — friendly, easy to get around, and ideal for families — and the skiing was excellent. It was exactly what we wanted for a half-term trip: great atmosphere, great slopes, and a really straightforward week logistically.A special mention for Serge the owner and their agent, GoMontgenèvre — they were incredibly responsive throughout, quick to answer questions, and genuinely helpful whenever we needed anything. That level of communication makes a huge difference with a large group and gave us total confidence from start to finish.We had an amazing week and would book again without hesitation. Highly recommended for large family groups looking for an easy, high-quality stay in a great resort.

A lovely property. Set over four floors with garage, shower, sauna at street level; then 2 bedrooms; then lounge & kitchen; then 2 more bedrooms up top. This can be used to the advantage of the group. We stayed in summer & found the location to be great as well. You can make the most of being outdoors with hikes, rides, luge, golf and more. Less than an hour’s walk & you can cross the Italian boarder where the Tibetan bridge is really worth a visit. We had a lovely meal in Claviere. The chalet is equipped with everything needed for the chef in the family. There is enough on easy access in Montgenevre with shops & café. We’d like to return in winter as I think the skiing would be terrific.
