I loved this little get away, it was so secluded and peaceful. The lovely lady who we booked with took our call and advised us where to go when we got slightly lost 😅 left us some bacon, eggs water and biscuits in our pod (which was a god send because I did not plan well enough and didn’t think to bring any food with us for the morning 🫣) and then had also set up the hot tub for our arrival. There was tea, coffee and sugar to use and all the facilities to cook with I.e cooker hob and microwave, microwave oven, kettle, sink, table and chairs etc. It was all so cozy and simple which is what we loved, it felt like a home away from homes. My partner brought his fire stick with us which we plugged in and got to watch whatever we wanted. There was free WiFi which again was a god send as there was no signal on our phones. Although it was raining we still got in the tub which was so relaxing and very hot. Absolutely stunning views all around our pod/all pods, walking up seeing two horses right next to the pod was amazing ☺️ not only that but you’re only around 15 minutes drive away from the coast 😍

The only downside was that the tapwater wasn’t very clear, it’s definitely not drinking water. But that didn’t matter as a big bottle of water was provided. And also the mattress for the bed could’ve been a bit comfier, but I was still able to have a good night sleep.

I wanted to get away from the hustle and bussle of London to a remote location surrounded by wildlife and hikes to get my head back together. Sarah and Andrew delivered on this with absolute perfection. The location is based on a working farm but remote (car recommended) and absolutely silent with only the odd tractor or cow going by. The pod was clean and tidy with a few nice additions like bacon, milk and water in the fridge for my arrival. The pod was immaculate with everything needed for my stay including a bluetooth speaker system which was a nice little bonus. The hot tub was already heated on my arrival and easy to use, with Andrew refilling the firewood each day after use. Communication was brilliantly quick with Sarah and I had some really good conversations with Andrew making the stay even better. I couldn't have wanted more from the stay and am extremely grateful to the hosts for making my stay exceptional.

The only bug of the trip are the stable flies which I expected on a farm anyway, but they are persistent little things, when walking down the lanes. But this is easily remedied by some bug spray to keep them away.

Property had great views over the fields and onto the sea it was beautiful. Nice and warm inside the pods and comfy bed. Hot tub was lovely
