My colleague and I had a good stay in Vincent's studio. We found it clean and well-equipped to meet the needs of a one-week-long comfortable stay. The check-in was independent and easy, and Vincent was a discrete host and readily responsive. The communication with him was super nice!
The position is good, in the proximity of a supermarket and a great bakery and quite close to the city centre. Even if it is on the road, the spectacle of the street is attractive, and the noise is efficiently reduced by the windows.
There are some common sense rules to obey, but they are not cumbersome!
