Hotel Arkaden

Property location was good for public transportation, distance to grocery stores, cheap for the length of the stay, and the laundry/dryer on the same floor was helpful and clean.

Unfortunately, the bar below the building is extremely loud up until 0100 local so loud music/screaming until very late. The couch, bathroom/shower and small ottoman chair next to the bed were filthy. There were white and black spots/stains all over the couch and small chair. The dishwater was dirty, covered in old food and stains as well. The bathroom/shower had old hair on the walls and had dirt in the grout as well. The two twin beds, pushed to one, were not bound together so if you toss in your sleep it creates a gap which is loud as well as the then higher chance of falling between the beds.

Good location；not far away from airport； near to supermarket and resturants. self washing machine which is very helpful for long time travel；competitive price

The central location provides convenient access to all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I truly appreciated how meticulously maintained and spotless the accommodations were. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was excellent; I have no complaints.

There was only one staff member around sometimes, but if you have any issues, I think they'd help if you reach out through booking.com.

Good and clean hotel and room. Good and comfy beds. Pretty decent bathroom. All towels and bed linen were very good as well. Location is also good for us (we needed something close to the airport and easy transport to the city).

The "basic" kit for the bathroom is definitely not enough. There were only 2 sachets of gel/shampoo, which is barely enough for 1 person, not 3. We could probably buy that somewhere, but we were exhausted at the end of the day. We could not bring anything with us, because we were flying over with no baggage. We would need to buy a full size gel and shampoo. I'd hate throwing those away after. I'm not sure why the hotel tries to save money on that considering the cost of the stay was pretty high. The hotel could also have some tea, sugar and salt in the kitchenette. I don't think they'd go bankrupt if they added that.
