I liked the living room area and the kitchen. The bedroom was ok but I was spoiled as I came from an amazing hostel. Still the location alone and the staff would make me come back and book the Leon hostel again.
The beds are not comfortable and when the person on top moves the noise from the bed woke me up.

It was clean, comfortable well equipped and central
There was no communication about checking a message which when you did open it gave the door codes. But person on phone didn’t give clear info on how to get the message. It’s not what you need after a long walk! Caused a lot of frustration. Plus door code didn’t work every time.

Excellent location, and nice shared dining /living room area
Unstaffed reception. Online-only management is unrealistic - long form to fill in, then door codes not sent at check in time. You are dependant on other guests letting you in -this happened to me, and I was happy to assist others in turn. I asked by phone to change rooms because of offensive and disturbing behaviour of man in dormitory but was not offered anything. Behaviour was worse the second night and I could not wait to leave. Poor management.
