The coziness of the room.
It is a bit far from manhattan, but I think the price justifies its location.

The room was in a private house; it was neat and clean and the hostess was very gracious. The bed was comfortable.
The location was farther from the airport than I expected, or desired. Cab ride was $30.

It’s a very nice small 2 Bedroom Pl.
Would be nice to have a TV and air condition not just a window unit. It was very hot where you have to eat and I did not like anybody going in my room when I wasn’t there and for breakfast well I don’t know what you call breakfast but two frozen bagel in the freezer 🙈
