very nice, spacious apartment! it has everything we needed, especially washing machine. the owner was very helpful, promptly responded. we arrived very late at night and had no troubles to check in with instructions provided. Great location - close to city center and train terminal.

Great location, clean apartment, has everything you need. Host was extremely pleasant and helped us find parking and city hot-spots.

At first apartment was really cold on the first night of our stay. Other nights were alright, it was hot so we needed to open windows. It would be nice from host if he let us check-in two hours before we said we will come. We came early in Graz and asked if we could get in apartment and he said the cleaners are there. That’s OK but it would be very hospitable if he let us put our luggage inside of the reception and showed us where to park our car.

Very good location, walking distance to city centre, shops, bars etc. Good value for money.

Cheap furniture, very old floor wooden tiles, some kitchen equipment unusable (rusty or dirty).

Everything!!! The apartment is really spacious, very well equipped and very clean. Checking in was really easy. The apartment is only a 20 minute walk from nightlife and restaurants. Perfect place to stay

The host was on-site and very helpful. Checkin was fast and easy. Parking is very near. Apartment was clean and quiet. Beds were OK. Ceilings are high, which is always a plus. It was warm and there were enough hot water for shower.

This apartment is just for slim people! Bathroom is sooooo narrow, that if you want to wash your face on a sink, you need to stand sideways!!! I am not joking, bathroom is VERY narrow, if you are fat you will not be able to use it! In other rooms and kitchen it is narrow but passable.

Location is great, apartments are clean and there's a lot of space, the host is nice and he provided us with awesome city guide maps and brochures that contain all the information we needed.

Just a little note - this apartments' private parking cost 9 euros per day but the host showed us a nearby street where parking cost about 1 euro per hour but is free on Saturday and Sunday.

Perfect location, close to the river, the city center, very familiar Apartment. Shops, Spar, Billa, Market were very close.

The flat was quite comfortable. It had 2 rooms and a nice kitchen / living room. Relatively short walk to the center, around 10 mins.

Nothing, it was completely perfect

The location is excellent, with the main inner city being less than 10 minutes walking distance. Also, the apartment we were assigned (Top 7, 2nd floor) was spacious and fairly quiet (considering the location on a main road).

1. One of the windows has a gap along the opening side where the seal had been damaged (seemingly quite a while ago). This causes the window to be drafty and letting in more noise than it should. 2. Heating was working in the morning hours, but NOT in the evening when it does got chilly in September. Combined with the drafty window, the main room can get cold during the night. This window should be fixed as soon as possible. 3. The bathroom is really tiny, as is the sink. If there are more than one to the family, strictly taking turns is necessary, which prolongs morning routines... 4. The optional (paid) private parking spots offered by the host have no option to charge electric cars. While a public charging station is in walking distance, the tariff is per minute, implying that charging overnight is not realistic.
