Wyndham Acmar Klang

Out of all the hotels I stayed at during my 7-day trip across Malaysia, this was by far the best experience overall. The breakfast was simply fantastic—easily the best breakfast spread I have experienced across many hotel stays over a long time. The staff was exceptional, and the service was genuinely attentive throughout my visit. The common areas are in excellent condition—I made great use of the swimming pool and visited the spa salon, both of which were top-notch. Having convenient and secure underground parking on-site was also a big plus. While the rooms show some minor signs of wear, they are impeccably clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything needed.

The only minor inconvenience was the digital check-in process. I completed the online pre-check-in form with all requested details in advance (including my car registration number), but upon arrival at the front desk, the reception staff asked for the exact same information all over again, making the digital form somewhat redundant. Additionally, while the room was spotlessly clean, a light cosmetic refresh would better match the high standards of a hotel at this tier. However, this did not take away from an overall great stay.

Didn't have time for breakfast. But loved the easy parking facilities and overall staff experience.

The room has glass shelf (above the coffee maker) that both me and my wife bumped into several times as it got in the way. Recommend that you have that 2nd layer glass shelf set back further (maybe cut the width in half)

Wyndham Hotel offers clean, comfortable rooms, a relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, and a convenient location. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return—highly recommended!

Secure parking and availability.

Slow response. Requested for bottled water in room through reception. None came. Had to look for housekeepers in the corridor to get some. Staff at reception don’t make you feel welcome at check in.
