This is an amazing spot in Kovalam area. The property is not on the beach and on the other side of the highway - secluded away from the traffic and noise. The rooms are very thoughtfully designed. There is a constant supply of hot water for showers. The restaurant food was great! Massage was quite an experience. The pool water was warm. Great property for a getaway. You could spend your entire time within the property and have a great relaxing time.

If I had to nitpick - the remote for the TV was dead (not a big issue).

Only good thing about this property was that it was pretty and green.

The beds are extremely uncomfortable and very high. The bathroom sink did not have a mesh and when we asked the manager to fix it, he behaved as if we stole the mesh or something. There's only one person at the reception trying to manage everything so everything gets delayed. Even for basic queries, it takes eternity. The pool was visibly unclean. The food was terrible, we got acidity and food poisoning. Even in the kitchen, there's less staff. They keep missing orders. And there's a language gap as well. Coming to laundry, they charge an exorbitant amount and even then they misplace your clothes. We lost 3 clothes and no way of getting them back as they dump everything somewhere where either you will have to go back to identify your things or you can forget about them. Staff is rude and not willing to work. It took 2 days for them to change the water can next to the room even after repeated requests. It's a bad experience, won't recommend it at all.

The resort is so peaceful and calm . we have enjoyed every minute during our stay and it’s worth staying here . staff was very helpful and facilities are very good . The restaurant is very good especially the breakfast options.

the approach road is very narrow and in a bad shape. the property itself is beautiful. since it is a health resort, no alcohol is served.

The rooms are 4* and the facilities are 4.5*. The swimming pool and its size contemplated all other shortcomings if any. If something needed a bit of push it going to be the staff's hospitality which is unpredictable. Some are extremely nice while others have a compromised personalities.

Hospitality standards are compromised by some staff.

The athmosphere of the place was great. Beautifull views, serene feeling, helpful staff and wonderful early morning yogalessons.

The food was averidge..

The most stunning setting. Really beautiful surrounds, set on the hilltop overlooking the greenery. Set back from the rest of Kovalam. Really helpful staff, and overall great value for money. The perfect end to the hussle and bustle of India. This is the place to come to relax from it all and for some peace.
