Absolutely fabulous - a peaceful and luxurious oasis on what is otherwise a busy seafront.

Wow, what a place. The apartment is fantastic, and everything in it is the highest possible spec. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in on holiday. The pool is fabulous, and much bigger than it appears in the pictures (although we didn't spend much time there with the beach literally steps away). The gardens are lovely too, with loads of fruit trees and herbs. We appreciated the wine, water and juice and the tea/coffee and biscuits when we arrived. All the appliances are Bosch, and there is a washing machine so you can travel light. The ceiling fans are a great way to keep cool, and the balcony is a great place to watch the amazing sunsets. It is literally on the beach and it was such a joy to wake up in the morning and swim (fantastic snorkelling). Everything is on your doorstop - there's a supermarket just yards away, and so many cafes, restaurants and bars. We loved Stoupa and Agios Nikolaos and exploring the Mani. We hired a car, but we didn't really need it every day. If I came again, I'd have a car for a few days, and hire bikes instead.

We liked everything. The only thing to mention if you have a car is that the seafront is pedestrianised from 8pm-2am so, if you are going out you need to be out before 8 and you'll need to find somewhere to park in the side roads until the morning. It wasn't a big issue for us, but it might be if you want to be out and about at night
