There weren’t keys, just a key pad. Convenient location. Great price. The balcony had sliding glass doors, and w the weather being cool, it was nice to be protected yet still enjoy the beach from there

The decor and furniture were a bit dated and random, which doesn’t bother me, but to some might be a little off-putting if they’re expecting more luxury. Everything needed was there, just not “fancy.”

The view is the only thing about this property I could say is positive.

The property is run down, no maintenance has been done. The pictures of the listing are absolutely deceiving online, the walls are nasty and need repainting, and the appliances are outdated. Vacasa has to be the worst company to book through, because if there is a problem you cannot reach anyone and will be on hold for HOURS. We arrived at the property at 4:30 pm to find it had not been cleaned at all! There were cigarette ashes in our toilet paper rolls, trash on the floor, the bottom of toaster oven was literally rusted out and falling apart on the counter. Bed was unmade and looked as if someone had been sleeping it in right before we arrived. After being on the phone with vacasa since arrival at 4:30pm they sent an email at 7:30 pm saying “the property was not able to be properly cleaned before you arrived, we would like to move you to a different location” that did not even have a beach view for the same price! To say the least, me my wife and two infants wasted an entire Friday night of our vacation, trying to get a full refund, and finally booked a stay at the Phoenix 5 with Brett-Robinson, who I would rate a 10/10 to deal with.

Didn't like the second set of sliding glass. It basically turn's balcony into a sauna and unable to enjoy views and gulf breeze. Coffee pot did not work. Went to DG and night new one. Elevator stopped working 1 day before we left. Interior furnishings really need updating.

View was wonderful. Balcony nice and big.

There were moisture sucking machines in bathrooms when we got there and we were told to move them. One weighed a lot. I asked why they were there and no one got back to me until Thursday when plumber came and told us we should not have been there as there was feces and blood in the walls from an upstairs toilet. They were tearing out the walls to replace them in condo above us. Said he told Vacasa not to let anyone stay there as there because of this toxic stuff in the walls and there was black mold. Vacasa offered another condo but by that time the plumber had sprayed the mold and said it was ok to stay. The other condos offered to us were not acceptable to us so we stayed for 2 more nights only because we had already been exposed and plumber had tested air quality at that point and it was ok. Someone came to take pictures and talked to her manager who was to call us Friday. Its now sunday and still no call. We were told we would be refunded $292 but due to the situation we dont feel that is enough. . Also i told them tv didnt work on sunday and it never got fixed.

The location!! Very clean and comfortable. The service was great! All Applainces ran good. Easy access to beach for elders!👏🏻👍 We were notified of that we can check in early.👏🏻👏🏻 That in its self was great customer service. I love that the company is owned by a woman! I would definitely rent this place again but hope for the price that they will give well needed face lift. Thank you. Jetta

The condo smelled of mold and the dressers reeked of mold I couldn’t put my clothes inside the dressers the carpet smelled of mold and other kind of weird smells from the carpet and the condo is outdated and has damage on the walls on the drywall and just needs a facelift paint job that type of thing the cabinets were old and smelly .

The location was great. It was the only good part of our stay.

The condo was not clean. Under the sink was disgusting. The bathrooms and kitchen counters were clean however. But there was sand on the foot stool in the living room so it obviously had not been cleaned. The furniture needed replaced it was so old and worn. They didn't look clean either. The mattresses were not comfortable. I've never stayed anywhere before that coffee was not supplied and you were expected to buy toilet paper if needed. For the price I paid I expected a much better facility.
