The staff was very kind, spa treatments was good, sea water pool was amazing, breakfast was rich, fresh and diverse and the rooms were spotless clean.

The bar & restaurant menus are quite boring, the dishes we ordered were average at best.

Dirty hotel, dirty rooms, bathroom smelled horrible, very noisy by the road, the tennis and basketball courts, the fire alarm kept making a noise 24/7, there were plastic bags in the water on the private beach, there was a semi dried up stream running through the middle of the hotel which looked like sewage, there was a fire pit by the restaurant just full of cigarette butts, the rooms are extremely small, the ac does not work properly and does not cool down the rooms enough, the pool is NOT heated, there is NO 24hr room service they would not even start before 11am, which means you can’t even order breakfast or a coffee in your room, the reception staff (lady during the day) was beyond useless, unable to respond to any query, taking over an hour to call back and literally not picking up the phone. How on earth this hotel is classified as 5 stars?! this is a redesigned camping holiday village at best.

Whether you are looking for a quick getaway or don't want to be overburdened by hoards of people on other islands, this place has everything you need. Stunning views and sunsets. 5 star amenities. Delicious food and amazing staff. We stayed for 4 days and it was simply amazing. The convenience of having both a pool and beach was great! Staff was constantly making round to che k on our needs. The spa experience was great. The staff there was so plesant and attentive. I plan on returning and I'm glad there is a 5 star resort on the beloved Aegina island.

Breakfast was great and the location beautiful. The team starting from the General Manager all the way to the cleaning staff were professional, polite and friendly. We will visit again.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing, not too many options and no vegan options at all until we asked for them and the 2nd morning we received a nice selection. Would be better to enlarge the range and include vegan options as well as part of the normal menu.

This beautiful, quite hotel is set in landscaped gardens, with its own private beach and crystal clear waters . The staff are excellent and friendly .It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind.
