Questa casa ben arredata e rinnovata con 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni e unità secondaria si trova sull'isola di Balboa, a solo 1 isolato dalla spiaggia e dal traghetto dell'isola. Rara scoperta sull'isola, offre soffitti a volta, aria condizionata, lavanderia interna, patio esterno, posto auto coperto. La casa è stata completamente ristrutturata nel maggio del 2014 e si presenta come una modella. Dotato di tutti i comfort che una famiglia o una coppia vorrebbe quando si gode una vacanza in questo incantevole paradiso dell'isola.
La master suite offre un letto king-size, lussuosi asciugamani e lenzuola, una cabina armadio e una TV a schermo piatto. La seconda camera ha 2 letti a castello matrimoniali, lenzuola di alta qualità, un generoso armadio, una cassettiera e una TV a schermo piatto.
Il soggiorno ha un grande NUOVO divano letto LazyBoy che può ospitare due e un sacco di film, libri e giochi per divertirsi durante il soggiorno. La sala da pranzo può ospitare 6 persone e un incantevole patio privato è ottimo per caffè mattutino, cocktail pomeridiani o cena e include una griglia a gas.

Excellent Host! Accommodations were as described. Very comfortable and very clean. Well appointed unit. Beds were comfortable, showers were sparkling with great water pressure. Kitchen was spotless. Updated kitchen appliances. Great location with comfortable middle patio seating area and clean BBQ with clean utensils. Wonderful property. We plan to return.

Very Clean and great location. Communication with the owner was excellent. Kitchen, living and bedrooms were all nicely furnished with nice open patio area with outdoor seating, table for dining and BBQ. Beach chairs included as well!Great stay on the island!

The property was nice and a good location however, we had an odd interaction with the host during the stay that others should be aware of. Our check in time was 4PM. We contacted the host 24 hours out for entry instructions, as we were driving from out of state, at that time he would not provide them to us and told us to call him as we got closer to the property to meet him for the keys. We arrived about an hour before check in and were told we were too early, which we understand so we let him know we would go run an errand. We went for lunch and some shopping and he called to let us know he was headed to dinner and we could not check in until after he was back around 6:30 PM. We let him know this was not acceptable and then he hung up the phone with us. He then texted a little while later stating he would leave the door open with the keys inside. Once we entered the property and got settled, the host and his wife let themselves into the property unannounced. We were shocked to see him in the house without knocking or announcing himself and had NEVER experienced anything like this before. It was very alarming and in the moment didn't want to create a scene and make the situation worse, but it made us uneasy the remainder of the trip. If I would have been alone or with all women, I may have left the property, but had my husband staying with us and my uncle staying across the street. The host lives on the property, which is why we chose not to call VRBO in the moment.
