Splendida tenuta sul lungomare di Marco Island su mezzo acro + terreno di punta che si protende nelle 10.000 isole a Whisper Creek. Questa casa con 4 camere da letto e 5 bagni ha accesso diretto al Golfo e servizi che includono magnifiche albe quotidiane, ottima pesca, esposizione a sud e ampi ponti fronte mare rilassanti. Goditi i delfini, gli uccelli migratori, i lamantini e altri animali selvatici dai moli privati. Casa situata in posizione centrale a pochi minuti da spiagge, ristoranti e negozi, in barca, in bicicletta o in auto.

Despite an interior that will remind you of your grandmother’s home, this is a spacious, well- equipped place with lovely view toward a wilderness across the canal behind the house. The neighborhood itself is crowded with luxury homes, but you won’t see them; the view out the back makes the place feel like an island retreat. Utterly delightful!

We had a great time staying at this home. It was situated in the most perfect location, at the very end of the cul de sac. You have 270 pano views if the intracoastal waterways and mangroves. Super private. The pool and lanai were lovely too. Very spacious place! Nicely newly remodeled kitchen. Some of the furniture was a bit miss match, but other than that really enjoyed it. Host super great too.

House location, amenities and host communication were top notch. My boys enjoyed the kayaks almost everyday ! Highly recommend !

We had a nice time. We have historically stayed in Sanibel and had to adjust this year. Not a huge Marco Island fan-too commercial, too many high rises, too much traffic. No real island feel. The house was ok but needs a lot of work. Outdoor area was great.
