Soggiorna nel mio seminterrato inglese con una camera da letto situato a 2 isolati da H st NE, che ha molti ristoranti, bar e la linea di tram gratuita per Union Station. Ingresso anteriore completamente separato per la suite privata degli ospiti. Goditi l'accesso senza chiavi durante il tuo soggiorno con un facile check-in tramite tastiera. Tutti i servizi di cucina e bagno inclusi, ma se hai bisogno di ulteriori elementi fammelo sapere e farò del mio meglio per ospitarti. Cammina, Lyft, Uber o prendi la capitale in bici in tutta DC per musei e monumenti!

This place was a real gem in DC. Cheaper and nicer than the local hotels as well as A++ communication with the host. Checking in and out was a breeze. The space was clean and welcoming. Would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment is a nice, quiet, space with everything a couple of people (or perhaps max. four, using the couch as well) need for a short stay. It is kept very clean and appliances are modern. The location is about 15 minutes' walk from the closest restaurants on H Street. Street parking seems easily available--best in front of the nearby school, a block or less away. Note that the apartment is more than 10 minutes from the U.S. Capitol unless going by car or bus. The host was excellent, extremely responsive.

Luxurious Rental that is hard to beat at its price. Multiple Grocery stores around the area >1mi away, Rental had everything needed for a vacation getaway. Would purchase again for sure.

We enjoyed our stay in this basement apartment. It felt cozy and spacious at the same time, had everything we needed, comfortable beds, a nice kitchen, and the best hot shower ever.
