L'arredamento rustico e lo spazio ben illuminato rispecchiano la natura del nostro allevamento di cavalli e santuario, dove è possibile soggiornare per una tranquilla vacanza in campagna. Siamo rurali, ma avrai comunque un facile accesso a numerosi servizi nella meravigliosa città vicina di Chardon, a meno di 10 minuti di distanza. Cleveland stessa, attualmente in fase di "rinascita della cintura" è solo circa 45 minuti minuti a ovest. Diamo il benvenuto agli ospiti di ogni provenienza!
Lo spazio
Completa una camera da letto, un bagno appartamento attaccato alla nostra casa. L'unità ha il proprio garage e ingresso indipendente, lavatrice e asciugatrice, cucina completamente attrezzata (frigorifero, fornello / forno, lavello a 2 lavandini, piatti, bicchieri, posate, pentole, macchina per il caffè, forno a microonde). Ha anche un cortile recintato per cani, con accesso alla porta attraverso la lavanderia. Siamo una proprietà dog friendly! C'è una stufa a legna, con molta legna nel garage e nel cortile sul lato anteriore. C'è anche un piccolo ponte fuori dalla porta sul retro, con vista sul fienile e alcuni pascoli.
Accesso ospite
Gli ospiti possono utilizzare / accedere a qualsiasi cosa e tutto ciò che è ovviamente parte dell'unità Airbnb. Accogliamo con favore l'interesse per i cavalli, ma chiediamo agli ospiti di non entrare nella stalla o nei pascoli senza il proprietario della stalla (Lindsay). Chiediamo anche agli ospiti che portano cani di tenerli nel cortile fino a quando Lindsay non sarà in grado di gestire un'introduzione ai nostri cani (è un addestratore di animali di professione). Dopo che l'introduzione è andata bene, i cani degli ospiti possono andare ovunque nella proprietà purché non mostrino aggressività nei confronti dei cavalli. Se i cani sembrano aggressivi per i cavalli, chiederemo loro di essere tenuti al guinzaglio quando sono fuori dal cortile.

* Questa è una fattoria per cavalli e abbiamo un rimorchio di scarico usato per la rimozione del letame. Detto questo, non abbiamo mai avuto lamentele sugli odori di letame mentre proviamo a mantenere il fienile e la proprietà molto puliti.

We really liked the place. It was nice having a fenced in yard for the dog. The only thing I wish was different was that we could have walked our dog around the property or down the road but we could not because they have 2 dogs & we respected that. Luckily it was not a problem because we took our dog with us when we went somewhere and gave him a good walk there. So all in all it was perfect for what we needed it for. If we were going to be around the property more with our dog, we probably would not be staying there. The hosts were very respectful of our privacy also. I appreciate that a lot. Five star rating for what it was!

Lindsay’s place is exactly as described and in photos. Huge perk to have a garage to park. Great fenced in yard perfect for our dogs. Felt right at home!

If you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay that benefits an extremely worthwhile cause consider staying at Bonnie’s Guesthouse. Lindsay and Jason have an amazing place, set in a beautiful country setting, surrounded by their sweet rescue horses. The VRBO was exactly as pictured and was perfect for us and our three city dogs who were exposed to country living. The guesthouse was very clean, perfect setup for a weekend getaway. We came from NC to Ohio for a family wedding and we were so pleased with this home. Lindsay and Jason were such great hosts but gave us all the privacy we needed. It was amazing to see the amount of love and work they put into caring for the rescued horses. We highly recommend Bonnie’s Guesthouse for anyone looking for a unique experience in a beautiful country setting. Thank you again, Lindsay, for your accommodation.

The property was nice, the drive to and from Cleveland was good. Forgot that the lodging didnt have air cindtioning. Couple of nights were warm.

This is a clean, spacious, and comfortable unit in a quiet area. The hard-working couple who own the property are friendly and unobtrusive. The dogs and horses on the property add to the ambiance.

This place was absolutely adorable. Everything was so nice. The farm dogs were total sweethearts. The fenced in yard was perfect. 10/10 and most definitely will be re-booking. Loved it!!!

This was a wonderful place for a personal get away. I was able to relax and enjoy the quiet. It was comfortable and perfectly furnished. You can see and watch the horses from every room in the apartment. I was given the opportunity to go in the stable and meet the horses. Everything was perfect and j look forward to booking again.

We highly recommend staying at Bonnie’s Guesthouse, it was such a pleasant stay with plenty of room for us. The yard has lots of space and is a great for your pets. You will have plenty of privacy. Great stay! Can’t wait to visit again.

I was thrilled this equine sanctuary was pet friendly with a fenced in area. The house has large windows and a deck that look out over the pasture and barn. It was a beautiful sight to see the horses grazing in the fields. The owners three friendly dogs came by often to say hello. Checkin/checkout was no contact and convenient. I did not see the owners except for my last day. The owners were pleasant and communicated well throughout the process. I highly recommend this guesthouse if you like horses and nature.

Comfortable quiet super dog friendly
Great place and will definitely keep in mind for the future. The dog run was a great help since we were traveling with 3 dogs but also the mud room was so helpful. It's even heated! We were able to keep the dogs in there too clean them or even sleep. Only recommend is maybe get a deck of cards or some games(we may have overlooked!) Since there isn't a tv in a communal room.

Overnight at a beautiful horse farm
It was beautiful to look out at the horses in the field with the trees behind showing fall colors. It was a quick stop on our way to Indianapolis. Carpets were a bit soiled which I guess can’t be avoided in rainy weather . It was nice to have a fenced in area for our dogs. We were not able to get the TV to work.

Unfortunately, this property wasn't as relaxing and peaceful as the description. There was an overall grime on walls, light switches and the chairs around the table. Furniture was uncomfortable and sheets were extremely tattered.

This apartment is basic but just what we needed. Close to town but far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing. We loved the patio and watching the horses, dogs, cats, birds, and a huge buck deer one evening! Would love to stay again!

My wife, granddaughter and I really enjoyed our stay. It's so peaceful and quiet and nice to look out the windows and see the horses of Peridot Equine Sanctuary. The apartment is simple but has everything you need and the hosts are gracious and we loved learning about the horses from them.
