La nostra deliziosa casa di montagna, con una vista filtrata sul lago, ti dà il benvenuto con molto spazio per una, due o più famiglie generazionali. Goditi lo stile montano caldo e affascinante della nostra casa con arredi confortevoli, molta luce, ponti davanti e dietro con la famosa pianta del Great Room. Situato su un tranquillo cul-de-sac e facendo il backup di un fairway sul Mountain Golf Course, siamo a soli 5 minuti dalla città, ai sentieri escursionistici, alla spiaggia, ai campi da golf e all'Hyatt Casino.
C'è una Suite Queen al piano principale e una Master Suite aggiuntiva al piano superiore, separate da un lungo corridoio che porta ad altre due camere da letto. La camera doppia ha un soppalco in moquette, raggiungibile tramite una scala, dove i bambini amano dormire in alternativa ai letti singoli. La quarta camera da letto ha un letto king-size e un piccolo soppalco, anch'esso accessibile da una scala.
La nostra cucina ha elettrodomestici di fascia alta e un sacco di pentole per soddisfare qualsiasi chef. Per gruppi numerosi, il tavolo della sala da pranzo può ospitare 10 con altri 4 nell'isola della cucina. Sorpresa: il tavolo da pranzo si trasforma in un tavolo da biliardo per un divertimento dopo pasto! C'è anche una Den / Game Room con TV, DVD, libri e giochi da tavolo. Un divano letto rende questa stanza una camera da letto aggiuntiva se necessario!
Sul ponte posteriore, con vista sul cortile all'aperto e sul campo da golf, troverete un barbecue Weber, un'amaca e mobili da ponte per il relax e pasti informali durante i mesi più caldi.
Abbiamo un garage annesso per 2 auto che puoi usare e c'è spazio aggiuntivo sul vialetto per altri 2 o 3 veicoli. Il garage ha anche un bersaglio elettronico sul muro.
Abbiamo sedie da spiaggia, un dispositivo di raffreddamento, un paio di barche gonfiabili, giochi da neve, due set di mazze da golf e molti altri oggetti che siamo felici di condividere.
Nota: la nostra casa può ospitare 8 persone in letti, 10 se si utilizza il divano letto. C'è un supplemento di $ 15 / persona / giorno per oltre 8 ospiti.

If you have a large family with children this is a great place to stay. Our family enjoyed this beautiful home.

The pictures do not capture how large and beautiful this home really is. With 6 adults and 2 children the home had enough room to keep us cozy all together or find a quiet place to just relax. There is ample space for multiple people to cook in the kitchen and more than enough space to enjoy your meals. The heavy shades helped to keep the house nice and cool in the afternoon and the many windows let the high mountain breeze run through the house in the evening. With shopping right down the street and local beaches no more than 5- 15 min away you couldn’t be in a more perfect location. Lisa was available for questions and answered right away. Will stay here again and again!!!!

Immaculate inside and out. The interior is gorgeous and very comfortable. The Lotti's answered any questions by text almost immediately. Everything you need is provided. Just buy your food (condiments and spices already in the Lodge) and drink. The grocery store is 5 minutes from the Lodge. The owners are so gracious. George and Lisa, thank you for a wonderful vacation experience!

We stayed at three beers for a skiing vacation and it was wonderful. The home was clean and ready for our stay and the owners are very accessible if you need anything. This house is in the perfect location for getting to many ski resorts. I highly recommend this vacation rental.

The home was just as described and the owners do a great job of providing you with all of the details. The golf course right out the backyard was covered in snow which made the perfect setting for sledding! We had lots of fun and made wonderful memories. Thank you and we will definitely be back!

This is the one!
You don't need to look any further, 3 Bears is where you want to be. Great layout: The house offers a great combination of natural gathering areas, as well as private areas if you need to focus on work or take a private call. There is also an expansive and well-stocked kitchen, including every cooking utensil you can imagine. All of this is in a beautiful location. Finally, Elisa was fantastic to work with. Very responsive and truly values her client relationships.

3 BEARS LODGE
Our family had an awsome stay at 3 Bears Lodge! The home was clean on arrival and so comfortable and spacious! The home has 2 areas where you can enjoy the backyard overlooking the golf course or the front deck overlooking the trees.
It is also close to sand harbor, crystal bay , kings beach etc! If you get a chance hime to Monkey rock which is close by!
One note: the sliding glass doors were difficult to open. They could probably use some WD-40 for a smoother sliding.
Other than that, we cant wait to be back next year! Thank you so much!

Beautiful Home!
We enjoyed our stay very much! The home is large and well appointed. Elisa was very responsive. We had a group staying for a family wedding and felt very comfortable during our visit.

Perfect for a family getaway
After having to cancel our trip to Hawaii we booked 3 Bears for a quick getaway and it could not have been better. The home is huge with lots of sleeping options, but the open floor plan keep everyone together for a good time. Will definitely recommend 3 Bears to anyone that asks and hopefully be back soon!

3 Bears Lodge is Fantastic!
The house is spacious, clean and it is in a great location. The owners are very friendly and super easy to work with. The house is stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen and throughout the house. If you have a boat, the driveway is flat and the court is an easy turn around. We will be returning as soon as we can.

Perfect for Extended Family Vacation
This beautiful property was absolutely perfect for our 3 generation family stay. Every comfort of home, in a breathtaking golf course setting, minutes to the beaches on the Lake. Owners were available 24/7 and accommodated every request. So great to work with. Will definitely be back!!

Great Hospitality
The property was extremely nice and provided a perfect getaway for our family. The owners could not have been nicer and provided everything we could have needed. Great place to stay
It was just what we were looking for and what we expected from the listing. Great for two families (4 adults, 5 kids). Very attentive and responsive owner, and the house had everything we needed. Kids got to sled right outside the back sliding door in a private area. We’ll stay here again!

We were so pleased with our stay at 3 Bears Lodge. The arrangements were straightforward, and the home was spacious and cozy at the same time. Everything was in great shape, and it was an excellent layout for 2 families with a mix of adults and kids to vacation together. We hope to find another opportunity to enjoy this home.

Perfect house and location
This property was perfect for our two family vacation. Great house and plenty of space. Everything was in good condition and the house was even decorated for the holidays! The property manager was very responsive to our needs before and during our trip. We will definitely stay here again!
