The location of the residency is very near, almost in the city.
It has a bar on the third floor which might feel uncomfortable for some people.

Room as clean and well mentianed. Food was also good.
It's mentioned family bar and restaurant but the dining space was not at all good for family. There is a single floor for dining where people drink and smoke which is not at all expected. They should atleast divide the floor into two parts where the last part should be for the people who drink and smoke and the front part should be for family.
