Questa è la casa sul lago ideale! Con 4 camere da letto e 2. 5 bagni c'è spazio per un massimo di 12 persone. Sei solo una breve passeggiata per la piscina comunitaria e l'accesso al Bocce Ball Park. All'interno, la cucina, il soggiorno e la sala da pranzo fluiscono tutti insieme in un piano aperto, rendendo facile per tutti riunirsi o fare più attività contemporaneamente. C'è un letto king-size nel master al piano di sotto con un bagno annesso. Da non perdere il portico retro-schermato, il perfetto spazio salotto all'aperto.
Al piano superiore troverai grandi spazi per adulti e bambini, da una camera a castello con 2 letti a castello singoli e un letto full size a una camera matrimoniale con vista ideale sul quartiere Boardwalk. All'altra estremità della sala, un altro spazio unico tra cui un letto matrimoniale. Gli ospiti di questa camera possono godere del proprio balcone privato. C'è anche un letto singolo con rotelle.

The Delmer Ray is the most wonderful home for our family. On December 25, 2021 we lost my nephew to complications from Covid. He was only 60 years old. We had always celebrated Thanksgiving with him and his family. The following year for Thanksgiving 2022, we need to make a new tradition because his loss had been so rough on all of us. That's when we found our second Thanksgiving home, DELMER RAY. There were 14 of us including 4 children(they enjoyed the little hideout under the stairs so much). We made a new Thanksgiving tradition that year that will be a precious memory for all our lives. So 2023 Thanksgiving we repeated the tradition again and it was just as meaningful again. 2022 brought us magnets that said "Happy Delmer Ray Thanksgiving", which each family received. 2023 brought us coasters, pins, and stickers which say "It's a Delmer Ray kind of Day" I don't know who owns the Delmer Ray, but any member of our family can tell you this home is blessed with a sanctuary of memories that have made our two Thanksgivings memorable. Thank you, Delmer Ray, for the wonderful memories.

We had a great family vacation here... The kids loved to play at the beach area and we went tubing, rode scooters around the neighborhood, played volleyball, football, a lot to do outdoors... The kids can’t wait to come back.

The Perfect Stay
We loved everything about the house and Carlton Landing! The house is exactly as pictured, clean and comfy! The location is perfect to access the pools and other amenities nearby. We would absolutely stay there again!

This was our first trip to Carlton landing and we loved it! We had two families stay in the home snd it worked perfect! The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. We loved that it was so close to one of the pools. We went back and forth many times.

Perfect location and layout for our family of 5 in a lovely and comfortable home. Now that we know just how easy it is to get away for a comfortable and fun family get away we will be booking again and encouraging friends to do so too. Lovely home, clean, with very pretty decor. Excellent amenities. There is a hidden nook for little kids to play in which was an exciting find for my 2 year old and 4 year old. Great location. The interior and the layout was excellent. Only complaint was that the back yard was a mud bath when we arrived.
