Magnifica villa rustica in stile andaluso a 4 km. da Frigiliana, vicino al Parco Naturale della Sierra de Almijara e Tejeda.
Superficie di circa 180 m2, distribuita su un piano terra con veranda, soggiorno con camino, cucina, garage e servizi igienici, e su un piano superiore con quattro camere da letto, una matrimoniale, due bagni con vasca e doccia e una grande terrazza
Trama di 1.500 m2 con terrazze, giardini, prato e piscina di 50 m2. Tutto con una vista meravigliosa sul mare e sulle montagne.
Aria condizionata e riscaldamento in soggiorno e camere da letto.

This is a fantastic home in the mountains above Nerja, Spain. It was the highlight of our trip. The host was absolutely brilliant and responsive. I highly recommend.

We had a lovely time here. Gonzalo keeps a wonderful home. Spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. He was very knowledgeable about the area and was at hand if anything was needed.

The photos are quite accurate. It’s a very cozy and quiet place. We spent the better part of two and a half weeks here and we’re very satisfied. Gonzalo is attentive and responds quickly. You should know you’ll be told not to use the bath towels at the pool but if you want them you be charged (a small fee) for pool towels…just a little odd surprise there. The pool chairs were a bit tired and old but I reckon they’ll be replaced soon. All in all a very good place.

The owner responded to our inquiries and requests of repairs promptly. However, the property is in great need of amélioration of water system and electrical potency. It is a « casa rural » with very small bedrooms and a beautiful pool but with an access rather difficult due to the narrowness of the Camino de penones. It can accommodate 5 adults at most in the 4 bedrooms.
