This property was perfect for our group of 10 friends and family! The trolley picked us up at the house and brought us back home. It was clean, had a well supplied kitchen, nice outdoor space, and awesome showers.

Great house! The location is great, well equipped, comfy and very functional for our group of 10. Plenty of hot water. We had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our weekend!

This house was absolutely perfect for our group of girls for my sister’s bachelorette party! The house was so clean and the amenities were so perfect and thoughtful! We loved having the space for parking off the road and the overall location was great! The trolley picked us up on the corner!

The house was clean and exactly as pictured. It was the perfect place for our family to stay while in Hermann for my son's wedding and rehersal. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

This house is even better than it looks online! It is in a great location and has a lot of beds and bathrooms which is great for large groups! The home is updated and beautifully decorated! We will definitely be coming back!

We had the best time at this house. It was perfect our our group of 10. Everyone was able to sleep in a bed which was AMAZING. The house is absolutely adorable and feels like home. Dennis is so unbelievably kind and was quick to respond prior to the trip, during the trip and even after. We will definitely be back!!

Just up the hill from downtown Herman and a half a mile from Stonehill winery. It was a great location for visiting Herman for Wine Trail. Ample seating for meals and a great outdoor area that we did not get to enjoy because it was too cold

This property was PERFECT for our bachelorette party. We had plenty of space for the 9 of us. The house was so clean and beautiful, not to mention close to everything! Plus communication with the owners was so easy, friendly, and kind. Will definitely consider this property the next time we come to Hermann. Highly recommend!

This place was awesome. Easy to get to and nice long drive way that fit all our cars. We were in town for a wedding and this place was perfect for all of us. They thought of everything! Loved that we were all able to hang in the kitchen and living room and had a place to sit! My friends told me I had rights of picking our next Vrbo after this awesome find!

The house is extremely clean, lots of little extras. We had 4 couples and it was perfect!
The only thing that is a bit off is the bathroom configuration, but we all managed easily.

This house was perfect for the 5 couples that traveled to Hermann for our Fall weekend outing. Plenty of space for everyone, and the place was super clean. Lots of parking so all 5 cars were out of the street. Will stay here again!

This property perfectly fit our family. We had 6 adults and 4 children 3 and under. Every family had a floor. Kitchen is open and large, backyard good for playing, and enough seating for everyone. Appreciate the updates. Not luxurious but nicely appointed and practical. They thought of all the little things that matter and made renting easy. Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, coffee bar, and a bottle of wine! We really enjoyed our time here.

My husband and I spent a few days in St. Charles for a mini honey moon and this property was perfect! It was a lot of space for just us and we spent some time relaxing and watching shows but the other days the location was perfect for us to make our way down to Main Street for shopping or coffee and food. The only down side to the apartment is that of you don’t plan to party on Saturday night it can be a bit loud from the neighboring restaurants and bars. The hosts were amazing and respond almost immediately. I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our time at Dennis' place. It was close to downtown, lots of space, and was a great place for us to come back and relax.

for us and everything was clean and well take care of. Very welcoming and all our friends adored it. When we come back to Hermann will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your place. Hermann is a must and we loved everything about it!

Up on 8th was everything we were expecting plus more. There was a large area of outside seating, interior was very up to date and well furnished. Check in and out were both very easy. Would definitely recommend for a great stay in Hermann.

Great place to stay. Went to Hermann with a group of friends for the weekend and stayed here. The house was set up perfectly for a large group. Great space and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Don’t have a negative thing to say and we will definitely rent again.
