The host was excellent. Always helpful and very friendly. Food was tasty though the vegetarian options were limited.
Breakfast spread was wide.

Ottima colazione. Possibilità di prenotare attività come bagno turco e giro in mongolfiera direttamente in reception. Comodo il fatto che l’hotel abbia il ristorante. Noi abbiamo cenato lì e l’abbiamo mangiato bene ad un buon prezzo.
Mobilio e rubinetteria del bagno piuttosto malconci. Avrebbero bisogno di essere rinnovati.

Great location overlooking the travertine at Pamukkale. Rooms were exactly as pictured and the breakfast was fantastic.
There was a lot of noise transfer through the walls. The cleaners started cleaning the room next door by 0830.

The staff and our rooms were incredible! Sadly, We had to leave for a bus at 6:15am but the management made us breakfast to go- Such kindness and attention to detail. We will be back! Thank you!!

Breakfast had many choices of Turkish food, too many to try them all! We arrived at 7 am and they managed to check us in. That was very kind of them as we arrived in the pouring rain. The room was very spacious. The hotel is within walking distance from the Pamukkale Travertines as the hotel provides a shuttle to the South Gate.

The staff were so friendly, helped us with our bags. Breakfast was nice, room was nice, shower had the best water pressure I’ve ever had in over 20 years of coming to Turkey. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Pamukkale!

Room with a balcony on the swimming pool view is lovely, beds are comfy, plenty of space in the private parking and breakfast buffet with a lot of choice.
The only downfall of this hotel is that you can hear everything: folks walking in the corridor to their bedroom, people taking shower early to be able to visit Hierapolis first thing in the morning.
That is a shame because apart from that, this was a good place to stay.

Our stay at Venus Suite Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel is located in a peaceful village of Pamukkale, with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished, with all the necessary amenities. The on-site restaurant served some of the best traditional homemade food we've ever had. And Yunus, the hotel staff, was incredibly hospitable and accommodating, making our stay all the more memorable.

With 24hr reception, we were able to check in at midnight, where we were welcomed by a very spacious room. The room comes with a balcony of the view of the garden and a slight view of the traventines, which make waking up in the morning very pleasant.
The hotel had such a delightful atmosphere as we walked towards our breakfast, where we felt real cosy and almost at home. We walked into a plethora of breakfast options, and saw their pet dogs mingle about their guests.
Also, I thought I should highlight that they have the best shower machine as waters comes out at the side of a wall. Will definitely recommend this stay!

All good.It is located in a village. Don't judge the book by its cover.Perhaps for some when driving here,you'll be thinking where am I.Am I lost? But once you arrive at the destination,you will be amazed to see how beautiful the hotel is.
The 2 bedroom suite was amazing.An ideal suite for a family of 4-5.
Breakfast is nice and filling for our activities.
The floor is cold because of the winter but they have prepared disposable slip ons. Other than that,all's good.

Very neat and close to all attractions.
Mr Younus, the manager. made our stay very comfortable, he was very accommodating & kind. will stay in the hotel next time only because of him.
Bathroom lights went off, bathroom door lock needed to be fixed..
