Residhome Toulouse Ponts Jumeaux

Parcheggio a pagamento sotto hotel, comodo. Tutto perfetto, consiglio.

Siamo stati 3 giorni.

Location for the Canal du Midi cycle ride!

Height restriction for the carpark was too small for out 2m VW Kombi. This made it tricky for parking but we managed!

Great location

The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped.

Apparently, the room seemed cleaned, however when I dropped an earring under the bed I saw a bunch of garbage, there was even a paper bag. The staff was arrogant. Not even a good morning. When we arrived, they asked for a 250€ deposit. We didn't have a Credit card (we use a debit one), so we offered to go to the ATM and withdraw the money. The lady said "no", Credit card only. She didn't try to help at all. My boyfriend was the one who asked if we could do a reservesation through booking and in that case we wouldn't have to leave a deposit. She said "yes". She could have done the suggestion since the beggining.
