Positives: All the beds and bedding are very comfortable. There is a lot of seating available at the kitchen counter and table. Kitchen was clean and dishes appeared to be clean as well. Driveway allowed for easy parking. Pickleball court and outdoor seating were both great. Cons: Sent host a message on our day of arrival about check in and never got a response. Trash was full in the garbage cans prior to our arrival and was never picked up. Trash was also stacked in the garage (in addition to the outside garbage cans). There are no shelves or cabinets for toiletries in any of the bathroom. If you don’t require more than a toothbrush you’ll be fine but rather frustrating for those that travel with more. The main living space is a bit of a sauna on a warm sunny afternoon. AC ran but could not cool the space. Meanwhile, the basement was frigid cold.

Was a nice place could have been cleaner

Large home with lots of space for a large group. Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy also. Played lots of pickleball and ping pong. Still had yard space to play ladder ball we brought with us. Enjoyed the hot tub. Home had a slight musty smell when we first went in, possibly due to the hot tub being in the enclosed back porch, but the smell went away very quickly. Dining table seats 8 and large island also seats 8. Nice park for the kids in walking distance.

The home was comfortable and had potential, but it did not fully match the photos. The hosts did an excellent job of staging the listing, but the property felt more dated and less clean than expected upon arrival. The hot tub wasn’t working initially and was missing a side panel, though I was able to reset it and get it heating again. The paint on the ceiling near that area was peeling, and the air hockey table was unfortunately not functional. There was also a lingering smell throughout the home and a bit of dust in several areas. Overall, it served its purpose, but guests should be aware that the photos present the home in a more polished condition than what you’ll find in person.
