Vita a Mare (Life at Sea) è una grande casa per vacanze per famiglie situata su circa 700 mq di terreno nella tranquilla Old Erowal Bay. Siamo a pochi minuti in auto dall'iconica spiaggia di Hyams e dalle numerose attrazioni turistiche che la zona della baia di Jervis ha da offrire come il Parco Nazionale di Booderee, i sentieri escursionistici per il birdwatching, le crociere di avvistamento di balene e delfini, l'affollata striscia di huskisson e molto altro. Siamo inoltre situati a 2 minuti dal mercato di Vincentia per le vostre esigenze quotidiane. La nostra casa è un rifugio di ispirazione balinese che può ospitare comodamente un paio di famiglie. È la tua casa lontano da casa con una grande cucina completamente attrezzata, potente 7. 6kw ARIA CONDIZIONATA per riscaldamento / raffreddamento, salotto con Smart TV da 55 pollici e NETFLIX! 3 camere da letto con interni integrati e una quarta sala giochi con tavolo da gioco, smart tv e giochi da tavolo. L'area di intrattenimento continua all'aperto con un set di vimini e un barbecue a 6 fuochi sotto un patio coperto che sfocia in un grande cortile recintato con un set da gioco per bambini e un assortimento di alberi da frutto autoctoni e piantati. C'è anche un vecchio barbecue a mortaio che ora viene utilizzato come pozzo del fuoco per quelle lunghe notti chiacchierone. Abbiamo anche una configurazione dello spazio ufficio per coloro che hanno bisogno di lavorare mentre sono in viaggio con una stampante a colori wifi funzionante e Wi-Fi NBN Wi-Fi fornito durante il vostro soggiorno!

We had a lovely stay at Vita a Mare in Old Erowal Bay recently. The house is charming, clean and comfortable. Marianthe (the owner) was extremely helpful and welcoming. Thank you for a great stay!

The house is cute and in a great location - just a short drive to everything. It was also a great price for peak period. Sitting under the fairy lights at night is beautiful. The pizza oven is a great addition.
Negatives - The cleaners missed several major things so we advised the owners and that probably won't happen again. I think it's too small for the advertised 10 as the sofa bed is in the small lounge area which means people could not use the couches. I know that's in the detail but it's hard to work out the exact size of rooms with photos. We had to contact the owner for linen for the sofa bed even though we booked for nine. Would have been nice to have a couple of spare hand towels and bath mats as one didn't cut it with nine people drying their hands for one week. We had to go purchase more. Only four dinning chairs, a few stackable small stools would have meant more people could sit at once at the table. We couldn't use the cupboards due to the musty smell :-/
Sounds like a lot of negatives but a few little changes could make it a lot better and we were grateful for getting a place in such close location to all the beaches.

We had a wonderful time away at this home - the pictures don’t do it justice. Unfortunately we had horrible weather the whole time so couldn’t utilise the incredible outdoor space, but everything else was great.
We did have to get a new gas bottle / lighter for oven but that was fine.
Would stay again.

We had such a great holiday away with friends for my birthday. The house was in a great location and just what we needed. The only suggestion is to update your photos because we were surprised at how much nicer it was and looked from the photos. Overall great home!
