Questo 3 piani, 4 camere da letto, 3 1/2 bagni, è ben arredato e si trova nella bellissima Atlantic Beach, NC. Ottima posizione, con vista sull'oceano da 2 balconi e balcone con vista sulla piscina dalla sala da pranzo. A 3 minuti a piedi dall'altra parte della strada per la spiaggia. Piscina comunitaria situata proprio fuori dalla porta! Comodo per molte attività (acquario NC, moli delle barche, pontili per la pesca, ristoranti, bar e Fort Macon State Park).
Camere da letto: 2 Master con 1 letto king size, 1 letto matrimoniale, 1 letto singolo, biancheria di alta qualità. (Camera doppia e matrimoniale condividono un bagno) Il divano ha un letto matrimoniale a scomparsa.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata per cucinare e comprende una macchina per il caffè, un frullatore e un tostapane.

Had a great time visiting Atlantic beach. The unit was clean beautifully decorated with all of the amenities. Would recommend! If we ever find ourselves back in the area we would stay there again. The host is very responsive! Thanks!

My family of nine including two 3yo and a 2 mos old were all very comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to questions and the property was very clean. Great location. We enjoyed the beach, pool and aquarium. We took a short ride to Beaufort for a ferry ride to Shackleford Banks. The toddlers also enjoyed the park. We would love to stay again.

This is the third condo we had stayed in here and they do not disappoint! It is the perfect size for a family and the walk to the beach is okay if you have a wagon to carry chairs in. I would also recommend bringing a few of your own towels/washcloths as there was only one towel provided per person for the week. Doesn’t get any better with comfort, location and area!

We had a great week in Atlantic Beach! We were two families with a total of 5 children ranging in age from 6 to 20, plus a Mon/ Grandma. The house fit us perfectly and provided everything we needed. The proximity to the beach and pool was awesome. You can also walk to the bayside where there’s a small dock for fishing. The pier at the beach was an added bonus! There were also shops and restaurants within walking distance. We haven’t stayed in AB before and appreciated that it’s quieter and less crowded than other areas of OBX. Our only issue was that the dryer wasn’t working which meant we couldn’t wash clothes or towels all week. We had a great time and would love to visit again!

We love the location and community! The house was nice but unfortunately the basement bedroom had a strong odor. We all thought it smelled of mold or mildew which I am allergic to. It got to the point that we were unable to use the room. We had to sleep on the pull out couch which was less then ideal. I alerted the owner to the problem so hopefully she can have it treated.

We had a great vacation! The location was perfect for walking to the beach in between rainy moments in the day. We had 3 families with an infant, a toddler and a small child. The 3 floors allowed for the infant to be sleeping on the bottom floor while the others could be upstairs playing. The balcony provided a great place to hang out and the sound proof windows were lovely from the traffic. The house was well stocked with plates, cups, towels etc. It was great having 2 thermostats because the lower level is naturally colder than upstairs. There are great inclusive playgrounds close by for children along with splash pads. This house provided a great vacation for all ages! Thank you!

We love this location-pool close by and short walk to the beach. Property is clean, well appointed and a great layout for traveling with families. Easy check in and out. This is our second summer staying and we will be back for sure!

Wonderful condo!
Everything was perfect! Unit had everything we needed. Kitchen is well equipped and having the use of the gas grill was an added bonus. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Perfect location - an easy walk to the beach and close to the pool. We hope to stay in this unit again!

we had our annual girls trip and stayed in a similar vrbo last year, but we absolutely loved this one! the place was very clean and communication with the owner was great. There was enough room for all of us, and the elevator was a great plus for transporting luggage upstairs(: We will definitely be coming back!!

This property is spectacular! Fully stocked with everything you need, across the street from the beach and pool, stores and restaurants are super close too. Jan was an excellent host and very responsive. The elevator was a major plus too. We will definitely stay again!!

Extended family of 8 adults had a blast our week in Atlantic Beach. The condo was easy to find, clean and in the perfect location. Well appointed kitchen with everything we needed to cook a variety of food. Loads of room to be together but also get some away time. All the posted pictures were accurate.
A few cons: sofa bed sheets could not be found, the downstairs bedroom stayed very cold even with adjusting the thermostat, and lots of road noise when on the decks ( but not once inside with doors closed). Very soundproof building.
Suggestions: Add some room darkening shades or curtains especially in first floor bedroom as traffic lights lit up the room. Leave instructions for the Nest as it kept resetting itself to very cold.
We would stay here again!

Jan's place is Amazing. The home was clean and very well maintained the beds were comfortable. The views of the ocean were nice and the walk to the beach was very easy. This place is highly recommended I give it a two thumbs up.

I did bring laundry detergent and dryer sheets as there were none provided which is not a big deal at all. The location was great, a fast walk to the beach and close to Dairy Queen and the pier. The linens were very nice and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony even though it was a bit noisy.. still very enjoyable with great views of the sunset and peekaboo ocean views. It was a great place and we will be booking this property again in the future.

This property is the best we have ever stayed at. We have been coming to Atlantic Beach for many years, and we have stayed at this particular unit for the past 3 years. Owner goes above and beyond to make things just right.

Overall we had an excellent stay, celebrating a milestone birthday for one of our family members. The property was clean, well-equipped, and met our needs (family members between 13-81yo) very well. It was a very easy walk across the street to the beach and was also close driving distance to the grocery store, restaurants, and activities for the kids. The community pool was also clean and convenient to the property.
The owner, Jan, was also very responsive before and during the visit. I have no hesitation recommending the property without reservations.
