Italia diversamente. Molto silenzioso, ideale per riposare e ringiovanire con la famiglia o gli amici. Vicino alle partenze giornaliere per le Isole Pontine (Ventotene, Ponza). For your information, hereafter an unpublished appreciation in addition to the ones on VRBO : “We stayed in this beautiful, well planned house for a week in June 2022. We were 8 people in including 4 teenagers. We all loved it. Outdoor seating spaces including a pool and ping pong table made hanging out at the house fun. Kitchen is very modern, big and very well equipped. Perfect if you - like us- like cooking together. Living room and bedrooms are big. All rooms are not nicely and tastefully decorated. Linen, towels and house very clean. The house also has a laundry room which is good. Our host was nice and helpful before and during our stay. Gave us good recommendations on thing to see and do nearby including where to buy fresh meat and fish. The house is vey well located if you want to explore the coast line, Rome, Neaples, Pompeii etc. We give this house our warmest recommendations if you want to enjoy the Italian countryside and still be at short driving distance from beaches and other activities.” Maria L. Exquisite home, gorgeous views & spectacular pool! Everything we had hoped for! Wonderful kitchen to make meals with local produce. 10 minutes to groceries, markets, restaurants… 15 minutes to the sea and beautiful beach clubs with delicious restaurants. Very private and restorative… Fascinating historical ruins close by, trails and inspiring views in every direction. An unforgettable Italian experience for our family of 4! Our highest recommendation and would love to return…JM, our host, was extremely helpful and offered many wonderful suggestions.Grazie Mille!!!

Amazing holiday house. Spacious villa with a magnificent view, very nice pool and all the equipment you need. The house is very well placed for day trips to beautiful villages like Sperlonga and Gaeta but also great to take the train to Rome for a visit. The pool is fantastic to relax but also large enough to do some actual swimming, and we were very happy that it contained salt instead of chloride. Check in and communication was very easy and many tips to make it an unforgettable two weeks. We will be back one day.

We spent a week here and everything was super easy and relaxed. The location is absolutely stunning—amazing views and beautiful nature all around. Super quiet, lots of privacy, and the pool is just a dream! The handover was really uncomplicated, and the host gave us lots of helpful info. We’d recommend bringing mosquito repellent, but hey, that’s nature. All in all, we had a great time and came back totally recharged.
