Bellissimo appartamento ristrutturato nel centro di una casa degli anni '60, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Quartiere molto sicuro. Ingresso separato dal proprietario che è al piano di sopra. Molto confortevole e pulito. Inoltre, a circa un isolato di distanza da Fire Island Bakery e un paio di isolati dal New Sagaya City Market.
Completamente fornito con asciugamani, lenzuola e tutti gli elettrodomestici da cucina e gli oggetti per le vostre esigenze di cottura.
Tutte le stanze sono molto luminose e ricevono luce solare diretta in diversi momenti della giornata. Sicuramente un noleggio per una pianta e un amante della luce. Tutte le camere hanno fughe di uscita per la tua sicurezza.
Un sacco di parcheggio gratuito in strada, che è difficile da trovare in centro. Se vuoi essere vicino al cuore di Anchorage in una graziosa area della comunità con molte cose da fare, questo è il posto che fa per te. Facile accesso al sentiero costiero e alla Laguna di Westchester.

This property was fantastic! Courtney was very easy to get ahold of for any questions and was very attentive to guest needs. This property was a basement apartment, but it did not feel like a basement and was very bright. I would highly recommend it as it was in a great location and was very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again if I were to come back to Anchorage!

Everything was perfect here! Courtney is such a terrific human being and always willing to help and offer advice of places to go and see….. her VRBO was so homey and great, literally a home away from home 💜 we will be back for sure!

We’re so glad we got in last minute! Courtney was an amazing host - my husband needed a certain pan to cook me breakfast and she let him use hers. Her pup is the cutest thing ever, and loves being chased. The place was cute, quaint and cozy. We even asked monthly pricing so we can stay there longer the next time we visit Anchorage. Thanks for having us!

This is about as close to perfect for us as it could get. It had easy entry, egress, very clean and comfortable, it was close enough to town that we could walk to most places, it had all the conveniences, a good sized bathroom and reasonably priced. We loved the train to Anchorage, the Ebike tour, and the Wildlife Excursion. The host Courtney was a treat, friendly and welcoming as was her dog Jack. We were more than .pleased. A+++

We stayed for four nights at this location, and loved it so much! It's bright, clean, full of plants, and other nice touches and amenities.
The bed was so very comfortable, and the pillow was like a cloud. The shower was spacious, with good pressure and plenty of hot water. The living area had plenty of room, and the kitchen had everything we needed.
We happened to meet the owner, and she was very friendly. She offered her assistance with hiking trails, restaurants, and things to do.
The location was great! It's in a cool neighborhood, easy walking distance from downtown. We had no trouble parking on the street in front of the house, and it felt very safe. There is a convenient market within a five minute walk. They had plenty of fresh produce, and a good selection of interesting things we can't find at home.
Check in was easy. Check out was easy. It was honestly pretty perfect!

My wife and I had such a great time staying at this property! All the boxes were checked; clean, comfortable, safe, perfect location, and had everything we would want or need. Was the perfect home away from home! Courtney was an amazing host and super accomidating! Cant wait to visit Alaska again and we will be sure to book here!

We stayed at Courtney’s place and had a great time! Courtney was always ready to offer help and suggestions on trails, restaurants, and other highlights of the Anchorage area. Her apartment was super clean and cozy. As soon as you enter, the space is filled with a pleasant aroma and filled with light. The 1.5 bathrooms were handy with four people and the walk in shower was roomy. The living room/kitchen area is comfortable and equipped with a washer/dryer, which is so important when traveling and trying to limit hauling around a lot of baggage. The kitchen was spacious with all the utensils and appliances needed to throw together a home cooked meal. The location was perfect and centrally located to any neighborhood in Anchorage. Thanks Courtney! 😊

Our family of three stayed here for a week and we enjoyed our stay so much! The place was very clean, had all we needed, and was in close proximity to downtown. Courtney (host) was so helpful with our late night arrival (had extra bed all set up for our daughter and fresh coffee beans for the morning). She gave us fantastic recommendations for meals and activities in the area. Though the Vrbo is downstairs (basement), it is designed to allow for lots of natural light and didn’t feel like a basement at all. Courtney afforded us complete privacy but was quick to respond when we had any questions. We highly recommend this Vrbo for any travelers! Thank you, Courtney!

Stayed here with my teenage son for 4 days in June.
Courtney is an amazing host. She is so responsive and helpful. Her property was spotless and very comfortable. It was also in the perfect location. Very close to downtown - within reasonable walking distance of a lot of places if you don’t have a car. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. A grocery store is literally 2 minute walk away. I will definitely stay here again next time we come to Anchorage.
Having such a great host, Courtney, combined with everything great about this property ranks it at the top of the places I’ve stayed at.

This property was the perfect place to rest during a pretty brutal work schedule! Quiet, peaceful, clean, comfortable, spacious and perfectly located for everything I needed. If I am ever back in Anchorage, I could not imagine staying anywhere else. The host was very responsive, informative and made sure that I had all the information that I needed to make my stay as accommodating as possible. If this location is available this is the perfect spot for anyone looking to have a place to return to and recharge. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your property, it made my otherwise stressful trip amazing!

I was in Anchorage for a family wedding but wanted to spend some days touring Alaska. I came upon Courtney’s property and it proved to be perfect. Walking distance to downtown and driving distance to some of the best views/activities in Alaska. The apartment was bright, clean, accessible and very well appointed. Courtney was helpful and responsive, offering up suggestions when asked. When I checked out I felt I was leaving a home! Would totally recommend.

Comfortable and cozy is how I would describe this home. The host has made it so easy to relax and enjoy your stay here. Full amenities away from home. This place has the perfect location in Anchorage! A few minutes from downtown you could even walk if wanted. I definitely would recommend a stay here. Stayed in downstairs unit in clean, inviting home while visiting our son in Air Force at JBER. House is close to base, town, restaurants and shopping. We rented a car and explored the beautiful trails and lakes. Courtney is an amazing, responsive host with perfect recommendations for food and activities. Can’t wait to come back!!!
