Had a wonderful time with family, great location, way better than staying in a hotel or motel.

The condo near Silver Dollar City outside of Branson was just as advertised: conveniently located, clean, comfortable, convenient, reasonably priced. The condo community was built, likely in the 1980s/1990s and has been well maintained. The hosts were helpful and managed thru unit ownership transition to help us have the right unit for us when we needed it.

Very spacious condo for a family of 4, beautiful views from the deck and comfortable beds and furniture. The condo smelled of stale cigarette smoke and the microwave didn’t work but everything thing else was fine.

Love staying close to Silver Dollar Ciry. This location is quiet and close to everything. We met our Son and daughter-in-law to enjoy Christmas early. Split bedrooms and baths made it very nice. The deck was large and very enjoyable with a cup of coffee in the morning. We were able to take our little 5 lb Yorkie and feel safe leaving her while we went out and about. We packed super light and was able to wash and dry clothes. Great accommodations if you want no stairs and close to Silver Dollar City.

We booked 3 different condos back in March. Same owner Bill and Susan own all 3. I reached out to them a week before we went with a question. She replied with “I’m not sure how you are emailing us this condo was sold back in July”. I told her we paid in full and we’re arriving next week. She said “contact VRBO for your full refund”. Never apologized or offered any help. I guess we wouldn’t have known until the day we arrived had I not reached out. I asked why I wasn’t notified back in July since they had my full payment. She said must have been a computer glitch. My family did stay at 2 of their other condos. Condos are nice and clean but many things wrong. Back doors don’t lock, microwave doesn’t work, and you can hear every little thing from above or below you. We didn’t reach out with the problems due to how they handled our situation. Wasn’t worth it.

This property is located very close to Silver Dollar City. The property is covered with beautiful trees and a view of the lake. The large deck made it so relaxing to sit and enjoy the outdoor landscape. Very relaxing!

Very nice and comfortable, we enjoyed the patio. It does add a challenge for the person doing the cleaning and upkeep but a small grill would be a nice feature to add to the patio.. The only thing we would have changed was to have the ice machine work. Very clean, really enjoyed the street level entry!

This was SO much better than staying in Branson, for us at least. The balcony was big and comfortable. And the condo was super convenient for Silver Dollar City. Traffic wasn’t crazy like it was in town. A peaceful vibe. I also appreciated how clean it was.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was stocked very well with items we needed, especially for cooking. There was plenty of space for our family and the deck was awesome. The small issue was the place wasn't as clean as it could have been. We found a few articles of clothing of other guests and the floors still had hair from other guests.

The condo in which we stayed in was very clean and very well taken care of. It was exactly as listed. It was a perfect place until it was time to go to sleep. Both nights the kids staying in the unit above us were up until 2am running and jumping, making it difficult to fall asleep. You could hear every step. Other than that we enjoyed the stay

Everything was as it should be. Perfect from start to finish.

Property was as described, loved the ease of access to Indian point Marina as well as to Silver Dollar City and things on the west side of Branson. Appreciated that we could bring our little dog.

We enjoyed the location and the space. Check in was very easy and we didn’t have to deal with anyone the entire duration of our stay. It was a little dirty but I am also a clean freak so overall I can’t complain. However, after we had checked out, we realized that we had accidentally left with a tic-tac-toe game that was at the rental property. Our kids loved playing with it so much that we used it in the car and at restaurants to keep them occupied while we waited. I texted the homeowner as soon as I realized it was still in our vehicle and asked her if we could mail it later that day when we got home, as we lived 6 1/2 hours away. She was upset because this was apparently a sentimental gift that she had received from her son that had passed away. But she still told us to mail it as soon as possible and package it safely. You would think that would be the end of it but that was not the case. She continued to message me and accused us of being liars and thieves and that she was going to pull video and file a police report. Accused us of stealing a towel and cracking 3 glasses (which also did not happen). And it didn’t stop after that either. She told me that I was definitely not a Christian and that I was a terrible person. I never once said anything unkind to this lady. She just went crazy on us. I will not be staying at another property this couple owns and would definitely not recommend it to anyone.

Access was communicated in a timely fashion & it was easy peasy getting our belongings into condo without having to navigate stairs. The parking was tight & the location was a bit remote from Branson attractions. A gorgeous, scenic drive though as we went into town. We rented a wave runner at local marina & there was a convenience store less than 5 minutes away, so that was a bonus. We also enjoyed walking our dog down rocky path to lake. We appreciated being able to bring our dog. The pool was closed one day & it rained the other 2 days we were there, so we were unable to swim at pool, but it looked nice. We even had opportunities to speak with the groundskeeper & cleaning crew. Everyone was extremely nice & helpful! The view from the deck of Table Rock Lake was lovely. We really loved that deck, but we were rained out a time or two. Contact with owners was minimal, but efficient. They were quick to answer questions. Would definitely stay again.
