First time to Indian Rocks Beach and loved the location, everything you may need in walking distance and a short drive to anything else you may want. Waterpark was great and well run. View from the room was perfect. Condo was clean and well equipped. Only thing is the king bed in the master bedroom desperately needs a new mattress, very uncomfortable and the underframe is very loud and squeky.

This is our second time staying at this location but our first time staying in this unit. Everything was exactly what we expected. These units have everything you need including beach gear, a pack n play, extra blankets, cooking utensils and pods for the dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen flooring seems to have had some water damage to it and really needs to be replaced. A certain section of flooring kept sliding loose when we walked from the front door through the kitchen which was not a huge deal but still needs to be fixed. Not a deal breaker by any means. I will say that the furniture in the master is quite large for the space and doesn't leave much walking space so there were some bumped shins for my husband and I. Also only one nightstand in the master was not very convenient but I used my suitcase for that. The TV in the second bedroom is on top of a smallish dresser and IMO should be attached to the wall because it would be very easy for a little one to tip over. Cleanliness could have been better as the floors were quite dirty, this is what we experienced with the last unit as well. Understandably it's difficult to keep the floor pristine in a vacation home with quite a bit of traffic. Again, not a deal breaker. We wore socks while inside. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely book here again. It's the perfect one stop shop for families with young kids. Everything you could want is within walking distance with the exception of a grocery store.

We enjoyed our stay as the water park was fun and convenient! The ocean was a short walk away as it was easy to navigate and get to other beaches, food and activities!

Needs more toilet paper for 6 people. Bed couch was broken. Otherwise, unit was beautiful and clean. Location great.

We were not told the pull out bed was broken & when i emailed the ppty mgr, they responded that they already knew that & that there was a blow up mattress. The blower was rechargeable but on a 3in cord & designed in such a way you couldnt charge it & use it at the same time. Also not a quick charge. It took over 2hrs to blow up the mattress waiting on the blower to charge up enough to use. Their response was to go to walmart & buy another bed & theyd reimburse the cost. The pool pass/wrist band was a complete hassle.. if u plan on going to the pool, go stand in line EARLY bcz the swim park is open to the public to buy tix & the line literally goes around the block. There is no consideration if you are paying $ to stay at the resort & already hv passes. They need to hv a separate desk or option for actual guests staying to expedite. The pool/lazy river gets VERY crowded & there are very few umbrellas or shaded areas. Otherwise the resort is pretty quiet & close to good restaurants & the beach (1 block from beach). Parking is ridiculous & the garage is not well designed. We saw no fewer than 3 cars get "stuck" on the lower floor bcz theres no turn around when that area is full. The elevators are VERY slow & not air conditioned so its like being in an oven bcz it literally is one. The icemaker in the unit we stayed in was quirky too...it wouldnt give ice then when u pull the cup away assuming there was no ice to dispense, it would spill ice all over the floor. Annoying.

Thoroughly enjoyed this unit for our Spring Break getaway. Unit was well kept and clean. Appliances all worked, bedrooms and bathrooms were sufficient (although I would say they could benefit from some new pillows - which we went a bought a few for our stay). Kids loved the Splash Harbour waterpark! We visited almost everyday. Handy to have the rum shack nearby for an adult beverage. I will say that it was very, very busy the days we were there, more so on the weekend (to be expected, yes). Lots of unattended children literally running around (dangerous on wet surfaces, saw a few kids take bad wipe outs) and not enough lifeguards to keep things under control. If we weren't there shortly after opening, its hard to get chairs near the pool where we needed to be to watch our young kiddos swim. Short walk to the beach - about 10 mins for us when you have kids, grandparents and a wagon full of beach equipment in tow. Beach was absolutely lovely - not overcrowded, lots of space to spread out. Parking garage was at capacity a few nights when we got back late and we had to find street parking. Hard to do this in the dark on the first night but we rolled the dice on a spot and were fine. During the day not hard to find a garage spot. Elevators a bit slow, but we were on second floor so not a big deal to take the stairs. The unit's beach equipment could use an upgrade. 3 of the 5 chairs were broken. 1 of the umbrellas was in really rough shape and the other broke when we set it up on the beach - had to walk back to the unit with it opened up (actually really funny thinking back on it). Was able to fix it once we got it back but I'd say the beach equipment could use some TLC or replacing. Sat out on the deck quite often for HH or morning coffee, very relaxing out there watching the boats in the harbour. Went up and watched the sunset on the top floor the last night - what a view! Wish we had done it sooner but we were so wiped at the end of every day from all the sun and fun we were having! Walked to the coffee shop and ice cream parlour a few times. Checked out the brewery and the surf shop. The few restaurants within walking distance were so busy with long wait times - but the food is delicious. Overall - 4.5 out of 5 stars!
