This was the most perfect place for my husband and I along with our 2 & 4 yr old. The view was absolutely incredible and the close proximity to the beach and pool were helpful with our little ones. The kitchen had everything that you needed and there were plenty of towels, beach chairs, and toys. We loved being able to see fireworks on the beach right in front of the condo and watch dolphins from the balcony in the morning. It was an easy walk to the boardwalk (our 2 & 4 yr old did it without a stroller). We also really loved the Tiki bar and Oceanside grill which were just an 8 min walk down the beach. Tim went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Best host ever!!!

This was the perfect spot if you want to spend time at the beach. The view from the balcony is great. It is an easy walk to your perfect spot on the beach. Overall it is a great location. We especially liked the cleanliness of the condo. The owners take great pride in their place and it shows!

We had to best time and the best view! Walking distance to most places, very clean condo and the beach was never crowded. Loved having coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean! Tim and Deb were the best hosts!!

The prooerty is very nice with pretty accent touches and great views from the balcony and the shady spot by the front door. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was very clean. The owner Tim was welcoming and communicated throughout the week. Our group had a fabulous stay and are glad we picked this location!

Beautiful condo so tastefully decorated with all the amenities necessary for a comfortable vacation. Balcony with beach view is outstanding with almost no need to go to the shore and get sandy. Will definitely go on our list for a return visit.

Very clean, great location!

Hogan’s Place is homey, comfortable, and immaculate. The colors and decor are inviting. Inside is everything you need, with beach chairs and toys as well. The beach is right off the deck. Wake up for coffee on the deck while the sun rises. This wasnt just a place to stay. It was one of the things that made our vacation memorable.

This condo is an end unit with a spectacular ocean view. It is right next to beach access stairs, so the location is perfect. The host, Tim, was super responsive and so friendly. He personally met us and welcomed us to the condo. Inside, it’s bright and happy, better than the pictures. And it was absolutely spotless! We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

The house and area are great! Tim is very easy to work with. The description and pictures are accurate. The house is clean and we had no issues or worries during our stay. The deck is nice and there is a small covered area for rainy days. We definitely want to come back! I highly recommend this place!

A beautiful spot, the view is amazing! The place is very well maintained and decorated in a very pretty sea like fashion. Deb and Tim are very warm and welcoming, they are very passionate about their home and it shows! Would love to go back for a longer visit! 😊

Where to begin! The property itself speaks for itself. A corner condo with windows looking south along the beach and two large sliding doors with a balcony above the dunes providing a stunning view looking directly west to the Atlantic Ocean. The attention to detail is clearly evident. The little things like 2 different coffee makers, additional container of ice cubes in the freezer, filtered water jug already ready to go in the refrigerator, clearly pointed to a host who has thought of everything you might need. The storage closet was full of different types of beach chairs and the list goes on. Tim is so helpful and easy to contact. For us, with our stay needing to be altered due to an emergency situation, Tim became a good friend guiding us through our evolving vacation stay. My college friends of almost 40 years from land locked Nebraska had such a lovely time. Thank you for providing us with such a wonderful memory.

we had the best time! we only live 2 short hours away but it feels like we're in a different world every time we come to the beach. the condo was incredible, immaculate, comfortable and so well decorated with all things beachy. best view we've had yet. we will definitely be back! the Candy's

Having never been to Carolina Beach we looked for a place that would have a lot to offer. The accuracy of Hogan's place information was spot on. The most amazing part was the view of the ocean. Spent many hours sitting and absorbing the peacefulness of the view. Also, it was interesting to find out a Confederate warship was sunk during the Civil War. An overall great place to stay with a close proximity to everything. Will be back!

Tim and Debi made our check-in and stay very easy, gave us some recommendations of local places and were very responsive throughout our stay. The condo was a welcoming and comfortable with a "beachy" theme. Because it was a corner condo, there were great views of the ocean and sunrise from the balcony. The kitchen had all the dishes and utensils we needed. Easy walk to the boardwalk and eateries. We highly recommend this place and these hosts!

We are regulars at Carolina beach. Have stayed at many properties , ones that are bigger and newer, but this was our favorite place to stay! Tim hogan and his wife treated us like family. They were very nice and had amazing communication . The condo was immaculate and everything inside was new and clean . Everything we needed was there. Will definitely be staying here again in the future ! Amazing view of the ocean off of a large balcony . Very cozy and homey feeling. Thank you Tim!

We enjoyed this two-bedroom condo on a recent Fall Break trip. We were new to the area and were impressed with the convenience and layout of the condo. The condo was spotless, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. The top floor balcony offered outstanding views and became our favorite hangout. Access to the beach is quick and easy. The owners are very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property!

The condo was just as beautiful and clean as pictured. The location was perfect to the ocean and restaurants. Plus, loved having the essentials already there such as sheets, towels, toliet paper, etc. Tim was a great host by quickly responding to any of my questions and very friendly. We will definitely be staying here again.

Hogan’s Place was the perfect place to stay. The condo has been beautifully updated and the decor perfect. This place has the most amazing view of the ocean not only straight on but also down to the south. The beach is close and easily accessible. It is within walking distance to the boardwalk where there are shops, restaurants and a Ferris Wheel. I will continue to book this place when I return.

We LOVE this place.!! We enjoyed a terrific week at the beach. It’s hard to find a great location, clean and updated condo. BUT WE FOUND IT! This will be our Carolina Beach go-to! Also Friendly owners!

This was our first time at Carolina Beach. We loved it all. The condo was perfect for our family. Perfect location, spectacular views. The owners of the condo were so easy to to communicate with, and made everything even easier. We certainly will be booking here again in the future. 10/10 recommend!

The property is exactly as advertised. Amazing view from the living room and deck. Very clean and spacious property. The new washer and dryer came in handy. You're only a few seconds walk from the front door to the private beach. Our kids had the best time and managed to find a couple of fossilized great white teeth while looking for sea shells. The owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again!

This property is so much better than the pictures and listing even shows!!! So close to everything (walkable to boardwalk, several restaurants, shops, ice cream) while at the same time just far enough away that the beach isn’t crowded! Impeccably clean. Included linens and bath towels add a nice and convienent touch! As does included beach chairs! Owners are absolutely amazing to work with and add such a personal touch. Excellent view and great proximity to beach. Love the deck and view! Pool was perfect for the kids too. We had the best week and plan to return!
