La nostra "casa" ha la sensazione di un appartamento. Con il suo parcheggio fuori strada e area di intrattenimento nel cortile.
Il divano si trasforma in un divano letto, perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una lunga giornata di esplorazione. Quindi Netflix e rilassati con la grande smart tv in salotto.
Cucina a vista, soggiorno e sala da pranzo significa che non sei mai lontano dai tuoi compagni di viaggio.
Siamo vicini a Victoria Street, la porta principale da Melbourne a Ballarat. Victoria Street offre splendide case storiche e piantagioni di giardini. Il nostro accogliente rifugio si trova in una bella strada con molte case in stile antico. Un luogo piacevole dove fare una passeggiata ed esplorare Ballarat.

Parents and 17yr old stayed for four nights in this neat little home. Facilities were clean and the host had provided all things necessary (towels & toiletries, coffee & tea etc) and the kitchen is well serviced with clean oven and microwave. The television has Android TV with wifi provided, so we were able to utilise TV and YouTube while also being able to stream direct to the TV with our own devices.
The beds are very firm (personally I prefer a softer bed), but still slept like a baby.
We were worn out after each day as we visited almost everything a tourist could attend in Ballarat, and this home is right in the middle of everything.
If you're looking for somewhere clean and tidy for winding down after a day of sightseeing for two to four, this property is for you. If you're looking for a sprawling property to host more, I'd suggest another property will suit. Having said that, this was perfect for us, and a big thank you to Mia for being extremely helpful.

The little house was perfect for a four day stay with our adult son. Everything you could need, with a split system heater and electric blankets. 15 min pleasant walk to Sturt street, excellent location. Communication with Mia was excellent, would recommend!

The entire experience was excellent…. from initial inquiry to checkout! Mia is friendly and responsive. The property is better than expected - spotlessly clean with everything one needs including comfortable beds, Netflix, outdoor area and…. So close to the city centre.

We have a great time. The house was perfect for a change of scenery. Everything was in good order, easy access and immaculately clean. Location was great, closed to shops and amenities.
We highly recommend it and will use it again in the near future.

Our family felt like we have hit the jackpot with this little gem. The property has been so well designed and has absolutely everything a family could need. We loved the location….only a few minutes drive to the centre of Ballarat. Loved the gorgeous styling of this property as well as the little goodies the owners left for us to eat. Communication was superb with the owner and she made us feel so welcome. Definitely stay again when in Ballarat

Ballarat getaway
Lovely little weekend getaway. Extremely clean and inviting. Kitted our with everything you need for a relaxing trip away from home. Excellent communication with owners. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Great stay in ballarat
This is a great little two bedroom place. The owner was extremely helpful, and was fantastic helping us with our booking when we needed to change the dates around last minute. Can't recommended enough and will look these guys up next time we are in town.
