Very good location and nice house. Was asked to sign a contract and pay a security deposit, which is unusual, but otherwise a lovely stay and St Aubin-Sur-Mer on sunny, warm days is just a delight.

Absolutely, Stuart! Here’s a reworded version with a warm, friendly tone while keeping all the key details clear:---A charming house in a fantastic location! The property is full of character, well-furnished, and has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Brigette was incredibly welcoming and stayed in touch to make check-in and check-out smooth and easy. While there’s no parking directly at the house, free public parking is conveniently located just a couple of minutes’ walk away. One thing to note: a 400 cash deposit is required on arrival, which we hadn’t spotted in the property listing—so worth being prepared. All in all, a lovely place to stay and a great base for exploring the area.

Although this was a house of character, it wasn't clean in certain areas. Bedroom top floor. Washing machine soap dispenser had to be cleaned before we could use machine. TV was intermittent. Brigitte was a nice host but communicating in English for her was difficult so not quite living up to the discription on VRBO website.
