Nuova casa con due camere da letto e due bagni a pochi passi dall'altra parte della strada per una spiaggia privata con accesso al faggio. È il luogo perfetto per una vacanza senza problemi senza dover portare le cose in giro! Godrai delle incredibili viste sulla baia di Cape Cod e sullo stagno di Pellegrino dalla spettacolare terrazza privata sul tetto. Svegliati, prendi una tazza di caffè e goditi la terrazza panoramica e la fresca brezza dell'oceano! La spiaggia è pulita e ordinata. Dopo una calda giornata in spiaggia, rinfrescati nella doccia privata all'aperto. Se questo non è il tuo genere, puoi scegliere tra due splendidi bagni con splendide docce piastrellate. Goditi una cucina completamente attrezzata, di dimensioni standard e una griglia a gas all'aperto o, esci e assapora ciò che Truro, Wellfleet o Provincetown hanno da offrire. Tanti ristoranti e baracche di vongole tra cui scegliere! Dopo una lunga giornata in spiaggia, andare in bicicletta sulla pista ciclabile, fare escursioni sulle dune o fare shopping e cenare, è possibile ritirarsi nelle camere da letto arredate con gusto ed estremamente confortevoli. Ti svegli riposato e pronto a goderti tutto ciò che Cape Cod ha da offrire! Detesti tornare a casa per affrontare il bucato di una settimana? Perché aspettare?!? The group consisted of myself, my husband and another couple (all over 65). We could not have been happier with the property. The space is so comfortable and very well designed. The owners have thought of everything, and included soaps, paper towels, detergent -- everything that is needed so you don't have to bring it with you. The "crows nest" is fabulous with unbelievable views. We all will be back!!!

Ann's place is lovely. The important things were all there. The beds were comfortable, the appliances were all new and worked well, the internet worked perfectly as did the TV, the shower was great. The living area seating was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well. The house isn't directly on the water, rather it's across the street (6A) from the properties on the bay. The outdoor space is on the roof, a table and chairs which look across the road where the bay can be seen above the small houses across the street. It's a lovely spot. There's beach access directly across the street. Two of us stayed at the house full time but we had family come visit and there was enough space for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and if we can make it back to Truro, we would stay at Ann's place again.

We couldn’t have been happier with our choice to rent this property! It was exactly as photographed - a comfortable, clean space, stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The rooftop deck was such a bonus for morning coffee and amazing views. You can’t beat the location! Just steps away to a private beach and just minutes away to Provincetown by car or local shuttle. And cannot say enough about the owner…So very kind and always quick to respond. Highly Recommend!

We booked this beach house near Provincetown after visiting there last year. It proved to be a great place to meet up with my Son and his wife who live just west of NY. We live in the UK and loved our visit to Cape Cod. We would really recommend this property

Ann and Wayne’s North Truro beach cottage was the perfect place for my family of 4 (my husband, 4 young boys, and me) to stay and experience all the beauty of the Outer Cape. The cottage was the perfect location, just a few minutes drive to all of our Provincetown adventures (our whale watching excursion, climbing the Pilgrim Monument, cruising through the dunes on our dune tour, Race Point Beach, and exploring the cool shops and architecture on Commercial Street). After long days of exploring, we loved to return to the cottage and climb the steps to the cottage’s widow’s walk to watch the sunset and enjoy the beautiful P-Town lights and constellations overhead at night. The view over the water, both in front and behind the cottage, were just gorgeous. Thanks for being such great hosts and for helping us celebrate our anniversary vacation in your beautiful place!

We had just an unbelievable time at your wonderful home! Everything was as advertised. Home had everything you needed for your stay, the location was perfect, the views from the rooftop deck were amazing! The bus that took you to and from Provincetown was a great addition. No need to try and drive in town and pay to park. Would stay at this home again 100%. Can't say enough about the Truro and P-Town beaches. Beautiful!

Owner super responsive! Great location! House had everything we needed! Spacious compared to many of the other cottages close by! Great spot for watching fireworks from provincetown (minus the fog). We would definitely stay again and recommend ro anyone heading that way!

Quick drive into Provincetown but far enough from downtown to have a quiet weekend! Rental was quaint and the perfect size for a girls weekend! Would definitely stay here again.

Ann’s house was great for a friends trip (5 of us in total). The beach is right next to the house and is very clean and it’s a 10 min drive from Provincetown. The house is actually 2 bedrooms (w 2 beds). Ann initially asked us to bring sheets and pillows for the pullout couch, but she bought new linens for it when we told her we couldn’t pack it in our suitcases. Besides the number of bedrooms, everything was as expected.

Perfect home for a sister get away. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, nice linens and bonus upper deck. We had a good stay- quiet area in June. Great little store down the street for necessities and great coffee, smoothies and food. Ann was very easy to contact.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The place was well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the area and, views. We were happy to have the washer and, dryer available.

The cottage was great. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable living area, adequate size bedrooms, master bathroom is crowded (careful not to knock your ankle on the corner of the shower as you walk by, ouch!) with minimal counter space but we managed and the showers were great. This bathroom would not work for a large person but the second bathroom would. There are no closets but there are hooks on the wall to hang a few items and good dresser space. There are some nice extras like beach towels and high quality extra blankets. The mattresses were adequate, the pillows were poor (recommend bringing your favorite pillow!). The location is perfect, convenient to everything with a water view! The deck in the roof is great with water views in both directions and gorgeous sunset views! A great size cottage for our group of 3 adults.

We just returned from a week at Ann and Wayne’s home. We loved it! There is everything you need for a beach vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked. The roof top deck was our favorite for morning coffee, sunset cocktails and just hanging out.
We will definitely be back!

Perfect Truro stay
Great location across the street from the beach on the bay side. Great rooftop views. Very comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Great beach gear. Very close to Provincetown and Wellfleet beaches and restaurants. Very cute market down the street with terrific sandwiches.

Beach Bliss
We had a wonderful time at this house. It looks exactly as pictured. Very convenient to whale watching, fishing, bike riding and numerous beaches including the one across the street. Loved the roof top deck and outdoor shower. Kitchen and everything very well stocked with many conveniences. Thanks for the great vacation!

Lovely home, beautiful views and steps away from the beach
The cottage was perfect and much more than we could have hoped for, very clean and well appointed. Check-in was straight forward and we did not want for anything during our stay. Although we didn't prepare meals, the kitchen was very well stocked. We were lucky to visit the Cape in early November with beautiful weather, walks on the beach, little traffic, and plenty of amazing restaurants still open in the off-season. The rooftop was perfect for sunrises and sunsets. This was a much needed, relaxing, first time visit to Cape Cod, and we were fortunate to share this trip with my parents. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and took full advantage of all that Wayne and Ann's place had to offer.

My husband and I and our 7 month old had an awesome week at the house! Beach is so close, right across the street and not crowded at all. The house had great AC and blackout curtains in the master which helped our baby sleep great every night! We loved going to the beach and were able to pop between the beach and the house so easily. Also less than a 10 min drive to Provincetown downtown which was so convenient! The road was a bit busy, the bus route goes right by which is very convenient but you also get some noise from the busses/traffic. It didn’t bother us though. We made lots of good meals of fresh seafood on the grill and very well equipped kitchen (so many spices!) We loved our stay!
