Abbiamo sedie, boogie board e giochi di sabbia da prendere in prestito.
Per far godere a tutti la brezza della spiaggia e la vista ci sono due aree patio, un grande ponte, un portico schermato e una zona in cemento sotto la casa.

Me, a friend and my 2 dogs stayed at OUR HAPPY PLACE. And it was definitely our happy place. The house is very well kept, the beds are SUPER comfortable, there is everything you need there. My dogs have never been on vacation and they loved every minute of it. The fenced in yard was perfect size to let them run around on their own for a little while. We were super close to take them for their first ever walk(s) on the beach. I would love to make this a new christmas tradition but it is already booked for next year! :(
The view is great and the porch makes it easy to see everything!!!
Clint was great and very easy to communicate with via email leading up to the trip and when I had a small issue with check in.

Hi all! We arrived at night, so l didn't see the beach, but l heard it, and smelled it. When the dawn broke, oh my! 😲 What a beautiful sight that greeted me. The beach is awesomely close, and l enjoyed coffee, sitting in the screened porch morning after morning! Even though the weather was 80 degrees and cold and rainy the rest of the time there, my family and l had a terrific time eating and cooking in the spacious dining area. In fact, the home is roomy, inside and out. The place was clean and inviting. I was disappointed in the care and operating state of the bikes when my bother and l tried to ride them...but, very, very nice neighbor across the street and everyone said hello to us. Grocery shopping, eating areas, and good walking nearby. Easy, easy check-in too. The owner was a pleasure to work with. Teachers, you get a discount! 😊 This home is simple, nice, spacious and clean in a quiet, slow neighborhood-that is in the cool and cold months, which have become my new favorite 😀. (thank you for sharing your home with this beach lover!)

The location was perfect. The view is spectacular from all windows in the dining, living, and especially the screened porch area. There is almost no traffic (maybe due to time of year) on the road in front so the kids could safely ride their bikes as well as ride them to the park. They loved the park and its close proximity allowed for many visits. The beach is easy to access and the sound of the ocean was fantastic. Awesome refrigerator space with the upstairs and downstairs fridges. The room with double bunks and a double bed was great for my daughter’s family as the little ones were in close proximity given they were in a strange place. The fenced yard was awesome for the dog and he loved the freedom to go out when he wanted and lay on the deck outside as well. He could also look out the front porch and see all the dogs walking by. The covered area below was highly useful when it rained. Plenty of dishes for the whole family. Many options for pots and pan usage. Lots of seating in the living room and screened porch. When the weather is warmer there were many options for a family to spread out or be together. The was a bar within walking distance for the adults. Charter fishing is available relatively close.

Very happy with our stay! First of all, the host was fantastic! There happened to be a tropical storm on check-in day, and Clinton worked with us for modified check-in/ check-out which really helped us enjoy the stay. The fenced in backyard was great for the dog. Beach views / ocean soundtrack and only 3 houses from public beach access. There were a ton of chairs / boogieboards / beach toys to borrow. House was clean and comfy.

"Our Happy Place" is clean, comfortable and well-appointed with everything you need for a relaxing stay at the beach. The proximity to Public Beach Access 6 is an easy walk and the beach was great for our grandson to learn to boogie board and enjoy the waves. The screened front porch provides beautiful views of the ocean sun rise while the fenced back yard and outdoor shower were very convenient (particularly when bringing the dog back from the beach). The size of the house was perfect for our family (4 adults, 1 four year old and 1 dog.

It was my daughters 24th birthday so we just wanted a weekend away at the beach with our family and her to dogs. The location was perfect, very clean great host checking in with us a few times due to the Hurricane. It couldn’t have been any nicer.

We had a wonderful week. Short walk to the beach and playground. Short drive to restaurants, stores and the Ecological Marine Adventure (my son really enjoyed). We could not believe all the sand toys, boogie boards, chairs, bikes, etc. for renters to use. The chairs and bikes were especially appreciated. The screen front porch was our favorite place. There is an amazing breeze and a beautiful view even with the 2 houses in front. Overall, great stay and a wonderful week.

The house was wonderful and the location was perfect for my family! The house also had towels, dishes, bikes and games for the family to use! This is a house we would definitely love to visit again! Highly recommend!!!

Our communication, from the beginning, was clear and open. This held true with follow on arrival instructions.
The screened in porch facing the beach is absolute perfection! Best place in the whole house.
Kitchen is a breeze to manuver around. Having an extra fridge downstairs is a bonus.
There is little to nothing you will want as far as beach gear, no matter your age, and a wagon to get it the very short walk to the beach access point (#6)
Linens were there when we arrived and very clearly marked for each bed size including towels and a rag bag (we used the rag bag for the kitchen.)
Plenty of extra blankets and pillows too.
Plenty of cooking seasonings, plates, utensils, cooking items, and storage items. This really cuts down on what you need to bring (same with linens.)
We were very glad to see some dog bowls and a mat (under the sink.) There was even a glass jar of dog treats!
Plenty of room in both fridges. The main fridge even makes two kinds of ice. It was almost like they new we were die hard whisky drinkers (ice balls for the win!!)
Neighbors were quiet and the beach was less than crowded (Yay OBX!!!) And the beach is clean, of course.
Been coming to Topsail since the 80's (we had a family house) and this was our first time in Surf City. This property made the slight move north worth it.
The ocen is beautifully viewed from the screened in porch so don't worry about a lack of view. That was not an issue.

This house is such a gem! It was clean, well stocked, comfortable, super close to the beach, and had a lot of conveniences. The fenced yard was great for the pups, outdoor shower was a hit, and the screened front porch was awesome - allows you to still be able to hang outside when it rains. The wagon, extra chairs, and sand toys were also a bonus. Extra fridge in the basement…could go on and on. Clint has thought of everything! He’s a great host. Instructions were clear and he’s accessible if you shall needed. Will definitely return!

The house feels like a home. Not like a sparce vacation rental. It's well laid out, with lots of living space setting, a wonderful table that serves very well for family games. Plenty of everything you could want in a kitchen.
For pets it's perfect. A large fenced in space and a screen porch with locking door that allows for lots of freedom for the 4-legged family members. There's a nice ocean view from both sides.
The location is great. Not too far from restaurants and shops but away enough to be quiet. The access to the beach is very close. We've stayed in ocean-front houses where the beach access is further from the beach than at this location, just because of the way it sits.
The only time I needed to reach out to the owner, I heard back immediately. It turned out to not be an issue at all.
We would definitely come here again.

We enjoyed our trip to Surf City, NC and this property. We brought our 2 year old half lab with us. The property is in a quiet part of town and right across the street from the beach. Access was easy. The property had a couple body boards for the kids to try. The living space was comfortable and relaxing. Kids enjoyed their rooms, especially the bunk bets. Kitchen was clean. Thanks again for sharing your home with us!

I am a grandma with my son, daughter-in-law, then another daughter in law with 3 children ages 14,12 and 9. The games on first floor were life savers. We also loved the beach toys. Such great access to the beach! It is literally a few barefoot steps to beach. Everyone agreed it was a great place to stay. We hope to be back soon!

This was the perfect house for our group. The proximity to the beach was awesome, easy walk across the street. Everything we needed was in the house. The screened porch was amazing for relaxing anytime and for watching sunrise in the morning. We will definitely stay here again.

Our Happy Place definitely lived up to it’s name . This place was as close to perfect as you can get . The house was super clean with great views and pretty much on the beach . We had our two dogs with us and it was extremely dog friendly. The beach was fantastic and shops and restaurants were tops . Great location with quick access to beach. Fully equipped house with everything we needed. Loved the that there were even some boogie boards and other items available for guests. We had a wonderful stay at Clints property. We had 3 moms and 5 kids. All of us felt very comfortable in the space. The beds were great quality. The house was very clean and well equipped. Having two porches was great to watch sunrises and sunsets. The short walk to the sand was a bonus with the kiddos. Clint has a great stock of beach supplies and things to stay entertained at the house. Check in and out was a breeze, easy clean up instructions and linens swap. We will be back again next year for sure!

The location of this house is wonderful. Nice quiet street with a quick easy walk to the beach access. The house has everything you need to have a great family vacation with kids. We really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the basement area in terms of entertainment and beach supplies.

Great place and very convenient to the beach, Clint was one of the best host we ever had on a beach trip and anything you need is just a text or phone call away. No need to bring anything like chairs, sand toys or bikes because everything you need is just down in the basement which made our trip easier by not having to pack those things. The only bad thing about the trip is having to leave. I got to meet Clint one on one while we was there and you will not get a better host than him or his family. There was a sea turtle nest in front of the house which we got to see hatch which was awesome and actually got to rescue 4 sea turtle the night they hatched because they went the wrong way into the street. We can not wait to get back, Thanks for the time at your home Clint.

Family vacation
Excellent all around. Location, accommodations, amenities, and check in / check out. We had 10 people, and never felt crowded. Everything we needed was there, including kitchen appliances, and beach chairs, umbrellas, and several beach items. The beach is right across the street. And the outdoor shower was a big hit. We will be back.
