Very convenient located on Washington Ave.

This apartment grew on us as our week-long visit progressed. Excellent location. Tidy, comfy design. Lots of light. Not fancy and the building hallways are a bit glum, but the feeling of being smack dab in the middle of south beach energy was great. Citi bikes are right out the door and going out the back stair lands you at Cubaton sandwich shop. Had my café con leche their in the mornings. A great trip. Would repeat.

The location is great and the apartment is quite calm and super sunny (awesome!). Clean and fully equipped. Alex and Lee are very easy to work with. Is a great vacation apartment,

Clean and Close to Everything
This is a clean and sunny property. We had no trouble checking in, and the communication with the owner/manager was quick and easy. The unit has everything you need in a neat space. Walking up to the unit is a little dark, but when you open the door to the unit, it is a haven. Thanks Lee!

Can't wait to come back
I've stayed in South Beach many times but this is definitely the best apartment I've stated. It has everything and unlike almost everywhere else I've stayed, it's quiet while being right in the perfect location close to everything.

As Advertised. Coming Back
Alex and Lee were easy to work with. We could walk everywhere, restaurants, the beach, clubs and shopping. Great vacation apartment.

EXCELLENT TRIP
Super comfortable apartment in a great location. Love the location in the building because we were the corner top floor which made it super private and quiet. Everything felt really new and clean. Great communication great neighborhood.
