Questo condominio si trova direttamente sul lago Deer all'interno del Boyne Mountain Resort. Puoi goderti tutti i comfort di Boyne in una splendida posizione. È proprio dall'altra parte della strada rispetto al campo da golf ed è una breve corsa in navetta per le colline di sci, Mountain Grand Lodge e Avalanche Bay.
La cucina è aperta sul soggiorno con posti a sedere sgabelli che circondano il piano di lavoro. Puoi cucinare un pasto nella cucina completa che include tutte le necessità pur facendo parte delle attività sociali del tuo gruppo.
Accanto alla cucina, troverai un tavolo da pranzo per un altro posto confortevole dove mangiare. Qui troverai anche una lavatrice e un'asciugatrice per i nostri ospiti.
Il condominio offre due camere da letto. La prima camera da letto ha un letto king size e un letto queen size. La seconda camera ha due letti queen size.
Ci sono due bagni completi che hanno entrambi una stanza separata per la doccia e la toilette. Questo offre molti posti dove prepararsi per il giorno o il letto di notte.
C'è un ingresso principale al condominio, ma più porte scorrevoli. Le porte scorrevoli sono meravigliose per viste pittoresche sul lago tutto l'anno.

Best boyne villa in the area. The property was super clean and nicely updated. The host was very good at communicating, and always answered my messages. We would definitely rent for them again.

We spent 5 nights at at this place with 2 kids and a dog. That was a very good stay. The host is super responsive. The lake is just a step from the leaving room. The golf course is 500 ft walk. Boyne resort with multiple activities is 7 minutes drive. We definitely will stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom, and we appreciated the fluffy towels and the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided.The kitchen was one of the best-stocked we've seen in a rental. It had everything we needed and then some. We also appreciated having plenty of extras on hand—toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, etc. We've stayed at places that only leave one extra of everything, so this was a pleasant surprise.There were a few board games and a deck of cards available, and overall it felt like the owners had really thought about what guests might need to make their stay comfortable.Communication was great. The host checked in after we arrived to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed anything.The location right on the lake is beautiful. The weather wasn't ideal during our stay—it was cool and rainy—but we brought our pontoon boat and were able to tie it up right in front of the condo. The boat launch is just down the road, making it very convenient. The lake has a sandy bottom and is fairly shallow, so the water was already a comfortable 76 degrees in early June.We also took advantage of the complimentary Boyne shuttle, which took us to the mountain for lunch, a walk across the SkyBridge, and a few drinks.Overall, this is a great property and we would definitely stay here again.

Compared to the Villa we had moved from, the bathrooms were very tight and personal items were left in the shower[full size shampoo, body wash, and soap bar].
Noticeable lack of storage for personal items, clothing.
The kitchen was not equipped with enough to accommodate our group without doing dishes. Used knife with food build up in silverware drawer. Coffee pot[s] had old water with a bug in the tank. Kuerig had a used K-pod.
All 4 electric cooking surfaces did not heat up.
Overall it met our needs for the 2 nights but I would not have wanted to stay there with a group of 10.
